Check the ohm's with a mulitmeter so you can see if it has an open circuit or not... also make certain the middle 510 pin is actually making contact and if not, raise it on the mod or lower the one in the rda so it can ( use the one in the rda to determine which needs done, if it extends just beyond the 510 threads on the rda, its the MOD's pin that needs raised, if it doesn't extend then the pin on the RDA needs lowered ).
Also... don't forget to do the math ( Ohms Law )... there are a bunch of online Ohm's law calculators out there and you need to know that you aren't pulling too many amps for the battery you have in your mod.
