Being that there's lots of Ahl experts here can someone explain how the xpress juices compare to the regular? They have a 20% sale on xpress, today only, so I thought I'd check in for some opinions. TYI

Xpress is made in batches so the ratio is set, and no personal modifications can be requested. They are pre-steeped and have a couple week head start.

Dripped some Maple Burley. Was just curious about the taste, what I really want to jump into is my new bottle of Sahara, so just dripped over the Vita I've been vaping in my Trident since last night. Gotta say, it's really good. The last aro I had was Honey Cured, which I liked a lot, but this one wows me. The tobacco is lighter than I expected, but still strong enough to be in the aro line. Overall the flavor seems light, but it's certainly not lacking. Looking foward to some quality time with a fresh wick in a small dripper to get to know this pleasant surprise.

Yeah, it might be the best one. (I do, however, say that about whichever aro I'm vaping at the moment.)

any feedback on the river bottom fog sauces? I was the extremely lucky winner of their recent contest for 1 30ml bottle of each… all 8…

I am not a terribly big fan of nets… there are very few I enjoy… I liked wrangler light from gej… adirondack from bwb and their st james parish wasn't bad… I have 8 different sealed bottles… and recommendations for what I crack and try first?

Nice win, lots of juice. I'm not sure who's tried them here for advice, just a couple people I think. I have a few that were gifted to me, but haven't cracked into them yet.

Yes, Shatner is the only one that comes to mind who tried a couple and I believe he did comment on his impressions. (if I recall, he was very impressed) You might want to search for his last posts on this thread.
How about you being our guinea pig on this one. I, for one, would like to hear your impressions.

Following conventional advice, I tried my new A+ vapemail today in RDAs. SC was extremely nutty for me and Vurley had a great vanilla flavor, but neither exhibited much tobacco. Both had a STRONG chemical taste. Based on that, I decided not to try the JG Blend. All will be set aside for a LONG steep (especial long as I stupidly selected the default PG/VG.)

Good news.. SC will change a lot. Bad news.. Vurley will pretty much stay the same, so the only thing that you could changes is your opinion of it.

I don't get anything chemical tasting from Ahl, so the ingredients they use just may not suite you. If someone has a bad reaction to the base they usually won't like any juice from that vendor. Not saying give up, far from that, but keep your expectations low that they'll ever work for you.

Can anyone describe what a Cavendish tobacco is like? Thinking about ordering Beeblebrox.. but I am holding back until I know what the Cavendish is all about..
I am hoping it is not clove-ish or perfume-ishy..
Anyone?

I want at least one very good tobacco in my line up.. currently I only have 3 "tobaccos" that really don't fit the bill..(Malibu, Mr. E Liquid RY4, and Tiki Juice)

Cavendish describes a process to cure tobacco. If you google it or check out the wiki page on it you can learn a lot more, it's a fairly involved process and can do a lot of things to the tobacco used for it, depending on what the maker is going for. It's basically a way to add flavoring and sweetness to tobacco, and it's cut in a certain way. Commonly used in pipe tobacco blends.

There's products like Black Cavendish that are more specific, but if a juice is described just as being Cavendish it really says next to nothing about the flavor. Chances are it will be sweet.
