GT, also, I have been in talks with Brian from Highbrow and he promised me that all his tobaccos are extracted. You could email him and tell him exactly what you want and he will customize a juice specifically for you. It very well may work as many others tout Brian as a great interpreter of juice desires.

All Brian will have to do is order a bottle of Boba's from AVE and stick a Highbrow label on it. GT will think he's a God!

One of the things that is stuck in the back of my mind with regard to modifying designs is that if modifying somehow dramatically improves the performance of a particlar device, then it is likely the manufacturer would have already done it. I think in the good majority of cases, that is true. This renders much of the modifications people do to either just replacing what they have for cost advantages or just monkeying around for the fun of it. But then there are those occassional mods that seem to genuinely improve performance and/or durability. Vic's SS mesh mod he uses on his rba seems to fall in that category.

It's a Genesis with a tiny tank that can't be tipped up. Fair enough handicaps for a $9 piece of gear, and I think I would probably prefer this tiny, easy to fill juice-well anyway. Who want's to vape a full tank of Alcazar very often? Though I probably smoked about a tanks' worth of Managua last night...lol...

Bookmarked both sites (dang you). Both have decent prices too. I'm gonna need another room built on my house though.

The problem with trying to customize a juice for me is (net speaking), is I don't know what I like yet. I'm still a net baby. It wasn't very long ago I didn't even know the difference. I mean, for instance, I bought and tried and really liked Gandalf, and I knew it was different somehow than most of the juices I'd tried, but I didn't know why it was different. And it's apparently not even a hardcore net juice.

Baby steps, baby steps.

You're too fuuny. GT, if you are interested, from what I have tried from Darth Vapers so far, they seem like a nice middle of the road NET vendor. So far so pleased. I like to have degrees to my tobaccos. I think of the easier going NETs as being almost like non-NETs. I may be about to have a juice sale in the classies because I got juice that is non extracted tobacco and I know it's just going to sit there. It sucks because its good, but I know I just won't vape it. I am not the kinda guy that likes to have superfluous, unusable stuff lying about. Whatever is with me is what I want to be my go-to, even if just once a week--once every month is not going to cut it.

I hear ya man. These little things are great. I have 5 of them in rotation right now. Don't have mesh running this go around, but have some more coming in real soon. Not bad even with gauze. Had some of that in my meds cabinet. And conveniently, you can actually scrape most of the heavy tobacco deposits off the coil rather easily. Thinking about maybe switching to 30ga or even 28ga wire soon.

My first NET was a 30ml bottle of BWB Adirondack. I loved it at the time, and probably would still like, it but haven't been back to BWB since. This confimation that they are all NETs makes me want to revisit, thanks. Just to be clear, do you know if any of the BWB juices are _house_ extracted?

Okay. Man, I need more empty 3 mL bottles, even though Tez got all the last of my 12 mg juice.

GT, what would the perfect tobacco extract taste like for you, how would you describe it? Even if it has other flavors in it... I am curious.

Probably one of those fine Cuban cigars my ex (filthy rich) boss used to turn me onto once in a while on a special occasion. I remember the smoke from those things was like velvet in your mouth.

Or maybe a good cherry blend pipe tobacco like my grandpa used to smoke (RIP). I've actually tried to find some of this in a vape, but most juice makers apparently think cherry tobacco is supposed to taste like cough syrup.

I don't really have any experience with fine tobaccos (other than that handful of Cuban cigars). I was just a cigarette smoker. I did have someone give me some kind of Russian cigarette once. It was black and silver on the filter part. It was interesting I guess, but in the end, it was just another cigarette.

I agree, and 555 seems to be a favorite. hmmm I'm weird enough to probably like it! I'll just throw them all in the basket. You only live once! And THEN the credit card is getting locked up!

Personally I really like AVE's 555 and their Havana Gold. 555 has a very peppery tobacco taste and Havana was pretty close to Havana cigars for me. Neither are daily fill a tank vapes, but they are daily drip for a while change ups.

Yeah, I'm with you. i was just saying the other day that with a pair of tweezers and a snip of cotton I can pretty well scrub the coil clean. It's quite easy with vertical mesh and a fully exposed coil, you're gonna' love that mesh wick, I can just about guarantee it. And the very best part is the flavor...fantastic! I have a 100ft. spool of 32ga Kanthal A-1 here that I got for $20 so I use that most of the time. I do have about 6ft. of 30ga and like how I can achieve my desired effect with one less wrap of the 30ga, but aside from that it's just another wrap and I'm good with the 32. Have 120 yards of #2 4-ply 100% american cotton yarn (from Canada) here that I got for $2 as well if anyone wants some... heh...

I used to be a huge fan of BWB and was all up in their sub-forum. But, I was never down enough with Don for him to tell me which of his juices, if any, were extracted (I tried). I have no clue why that would be hidden, but I guess you got to consider who is making the juice. With no confirmation either which way, I would say four of his juices were extracts of some sort. I am almost positive that RY4, eJoker, Virginia and Bacco are extracts, though it may not be in house? I also wouldn't consider Virgina and Bacco to be all that punchy. RY4 and eJoker were clearly tobacco.

We have to remember that a lot of these vendors are getting stuff outsourced. I have my suspicions about another vendor that gets talked about a lot, and formerly hyped (incessantly) by me. I know who does their own extracts because they can talk intelligently about it. I ain't buying the whole "secret" non-sense. If you can't tell me the leaves at least, or anything about the process, then you got someone else doing it for you. One of my favorite vendors does other vendors extracting, but they only get the simpler stuff anyway. haha. shhh

p.s. This post, though initially about BWB, is not necessarily all about BWB. Please no one try and come after me.

Ahlusion has a Smokin' Cherries shown on their site. I'm on the notify list for when this comes out and will get some for sure when it does. I've surprised myself with how much I like the Quick Nic Fired In Georgia peach NET and they also make a Grandpa's Nightcap NET which is a sweet pipe, no cherries though.

Yeah, that's the point I was getting at. I'll try any NET, and the bottom line is how does it taste, but I have a "special place in my heart" for known House NETs.

I'd be interested in learning how a tobacco is extracted and turned into a juice ingedient...if anyone knows. What exactly is being extracted and is there any seperation process once it is extracted. I'm just clueless on the subject.

My guess is that if BWB were extracting tobacco in-house, we'd all know about it. That seems to be something that vendors want to put forward as a point of pride. And if they were extracting the base for RY4 and eJoker (which I'm quite certain is the same base and the common ingredient between the two) in-house, why would they have to cancel them? Did that strain of tobacco go extinct? I bet someone else was doing it for them. Now with that being said, I'm going to go buy a bullet-proof vest.

Same here with the surplus jucie thing, got a paper bag just about full of 'em I was thinking about an ad as well. I can put a bunch of unused attys and cartos, and carto tanks and Novas in there as well...

Though I have taken a liking lately to these super tiny 22mm cartos (yeah I said "cartos") on a little 350mah auto battery for quick little "stealth" hits while driving and such...

Gonna' drop a couple of these in my pocket and head out for a nice brew now. BBL...

While I don't want to defend, considering how funny your point was, the ingredients that were outsourced were not...wait a minute...I always assumed it was a special vanilla or something, but that was never stated either. It was just "ingredients." Hmmmm...

Locking my doors now! hahaha

Doesn't matter, I know I got the love Patriot!
