My feeling is 500 is a bit too fine to start a decent capillary action with thick juices. 400 works for me.

Hey VV, have you tried a mesh tube inside of a mesh tube yet? I haven't yet, and saw some hints toward it, but figured I'd ask.

Ask MWA about the double up.

If you like 400 you will really like 500 ;) just roll a skinny wick with barely any hole in the center of it,,, then use that as your start piece for the main wick, twisting it up in the bigger wick, works great. or you can just make a 2nd wick that fits into the main wick, both ways work well.

Well, I've been vaping on this Vita Bella for more than an hour now. This is my second trial. First one was a week ago (or more) when it was fresh out of the mailbox. I have to say, it has improved. The edges have been sanded down some. But considering where it came from, it had a long way to go and it is still on the harsh side IMHO. That "exotic" flavor toned down some too. Definitely an improvement. However, not enough for me to reorder it. This falls in that category of, "I don't care for it, but I can see how others would". It is not a bad vape by an stretch, just not quite there for me. I normally vape around 5.7 watts. I had this one down to 5.0 watts and it was still coming off hot to me. I'm also an 18mg vaper and this 18mg seems high. Perhaps I'm confusing it with the inherent harshness but I just wonder if this would be better in a lower nic version. Oh well, I can vape the bottle I have at my leisure so it wont go to waste. It was a reasonable recommend by MM so I appreciate it. I also have a second trial of Natural Perique coming up. I found my first trial of NP to be slightly better than my first trial of VB. But then it was steeped for a week too. So we'll see.

That's kind of my take on it. Probably not going to turn out to be my cup of tea, but it's definitely interesting. I'm anxious to try the others I have. They all smell a lot milder than the VB does.

This is a new category of vapes for me. For that reason alone, I am glad MM talked me into sampling it. I'll never know if I like these types of flavors if I don't try them. At the very least, it is marking a boundry for me such that I would likely be reluctant to order from W2V or similar any time soon. I consider vaping a journey. So it is not out of the realm of possibilities I could come back to this flavor and actually groove on it. Just not now.

Just remember, there is a safety NET around here for those types of juices. ;)

Well, I'm not one to pass off my backwash on anyone. But to the extent someone might not consider it backwash, I'd be glad to send it to them if they think they would enjoy it more than I. The brownie points might take on a better flavor to me.

Maybe you should send it to Eleanor?
