Thoughts:I tried to do each one on a deferent review but they were almost identical reviews. It's hard for me too pin down what is actually going on with this juice. They all have there own unique tobacco flavors which are hard for me to articulate in words. This juice doesn't have any sweetness to it other than a natural tobacco sweetness and from the VG it has in it. Also no peppery or other flavorings that I can pick up on. The vapor has an almost smoke like quality about it, that makes me feel like I'm smokin a real cigarette. Basically this juice is just str8 up tobacco goodness. If your lookin for any thing else keep lookin, but if you've been on a real tobacco search look no further before you check this stuff out, it's the real deal. So far I've went through 4 tanks of Acadian, 2 tanks of VB and Organic #1, and 1 tank of NP, Patriot, and wild turkey. This juice is 50/50 mix and I use mini vivi nova tanks with no wicking problems. I always clean and dry burn the heads after two tanks though. I've vaped nothing but this juice for a week minus one tank of Gandalf. I just got it on the 5th so its not steeped. I can only imagine how good it would be steeped. I'm getting ready to order some big bottles so maybe I can try to steep some. No hype buy one little bottle of any of the GeJ house brewed e-liquids and you'll see.:vapor:

Incredibly realistic "smoking" experience aren't they. I would disagree just slightly with you on Vita Bella. It's beyond straight up tobacco. I find it somewhat "exotic".

Great review Acura. As it happens I have all four of these en route to me right now. Can't wait!

You have all 4 of those 5 en route? :D

Mr. OP, Mr. Mann, and Aztec Guy, you are all very good at doing reviews. You have a sound knowledge of different tobaccos, and do a nice job of describing the impression the juice leaves with you. I have 0 knowledge of tobacco. I don't know Virginia from New Jersey, or Burley from Dainty. This is my very first time trying an NET. Therefore, the only use in me explaining my impressions, is to offer the account of an unwashed barbarian.

I'm not sure how much this juice changes with extended steeping. I am trying it today after steeping it, uncapped and dropper-less, for only 3 days. I realize that is a very short steep, so these are my initial impressions. I'm vaping it in a Nova, and I have settled in on 8.1 watts.

From the nose of the juice I'm getting what I can best describe as an ash like quality. I don't find the scent appealing. There are other scents as well, but I have a difficult time differentiating them from the predominate ash-like odor.

I would describe the flavor on inhale to be earthy. I'm not getting grass or hay, but more of a savory flavor. There's a definite mouth-feel here that is unlike any juice that I've tried to this point. It has a bite that is giving me flash backs to my analog days.

On exhale I'm getting more or less a duplication of the inhale. My habit is to exhale through my nose once while continuing one long inhale, then exhale through the mouth for each vape. This brings the olfactory senses into play and makes for a more complex, and in most cases , a more enjoyable experience. The problem here is that when I do this, that quality that I'm not crazy about in the nose of the juice comes back into play and interferes with my enjoyment. However, when I exhale through my mouth only, this is not a factor.

My overall impression is positive. If it improves some over time I could see this juice becoming a reorder for me. It seems to be on the "dry" side of the spectrum, and has me wondering what the "moist" side has to offer.

Acadian Gold is definitely on the "cigarette-y" side of the spectrum, to me, as is Wild Turkey. None of the others that I tried were.

I have wild Turkey, as well. I do still have the Bella, but I'm going to give it some more time before diving in. I went ahead and ordered 60ml of GJ4, Friday. It's scheduled to be here Monday. I just noticed that GeJ has AW batteries. That's awesome.

THOUGHTS:

I bought this juice back when I first started vaping. The "born-on" date on the bottle is February 21. When I first tried it I didn't like it because it was too ashy and cigarette-like. Don of BWB advised me to steep it because it would change significantly over time.

So nearly 8 months later...how is it?

Well first off I am sitting here with a head rush because it's 24mg, a strength I no longer vape. Whoa doggies.
But back to the point, it still doesn't appeal to me. The promised cocoa notes are not evident, and it still tastes to me like a cigarette. The profile is definitely woodsy and strong tobacco, but it has that same garbagey ashiness that put me off originally. It actually SMELLS phenomenal but the taste is not appealing to me. I might try cutting it with a little Malty or other sweet juice to improve it.
Sorry to all the BWB fans but I'm not digging this. And you can't say I didn't give it a fair chance LOL.

Oh! I meant to ask the fine folks here: have any of you tried TastyVapor's tobacco?

"This is our own tobacco maceration made from Virginia/Burley/Oriental tobacco. Steeped for a week, strained, clarified and finished with a few choice additives. This is a very aromatic, natural and flavorful liquid. When ordering please keep in mind, this is NOT a concentrated flavoring, therefore, at 48mg, the tobacco taste is rather diminished. This natural product tastes its best in 24mg and lower concentrations."

That's what I'm hoping for. All of the RY4's I've tried except for one have been way too sweet for me.

With the demise of Backwoods Brew's RY4, I think that GeJ's GJ4 is the best RY4 out there. Mom and Pop's RYO4 is a solid contender too. Why? Not only because they're some of the only RY4 NET's, but also because the tobacco plays a serious role and isn't drown out by the caramel and vanilla or absent altogether.

I hate bringing Quick nic back up again, but they get such little ink on this forum and their juices are outstanding. I don't care for RY4's but Quick nic has two quality RY4's in their lineup. One is more nut and the other is more sweet. I have to believe RY4 fans would like at least one of those two. They are quality flavors, no perfume, no floral, no chemical. Robust flavors.

ouR whY qua4tro is the sweeter one (NET)
RY4 is the nuttier one (NET??)

They have several other non-RY4 NETs that are excellent too.

When I ordered from Mom & Pop I only ordered their standard RY4 and not the RYO version. Regretted it because the standard version has way too much of that "fuzzy" tobacco absolute taste.
