I agree about Dragons Fire Jerms. I've had some of this for about a month now in 12mg from sampler and I get pretty much the same impressions you do. I don't know if my taste buds are dead but it seems like the HHV I've tried all taste pretty close to the same. I've tried Pirates, Legend, DF, and they all seem to taste mocha/caramel/honey to me. Never really develop a nice tobacco flavor. Legend seems to get the closet with age but I would take Bella Vallente over any of this in a heartbeat. Take this with a grain of salt as I'm still a newbie to this!

I think they make great juices, mostly based on that quite a few people with a lot of tobacco experience love them, but like any vendor that has a following there will be people who wonder what the fuss is about. Still feeling them out for myself to figure if they work for me. Their tobaccos vary as far as how much tobacco impact they have, so the milder ones are definately harder for people new to vaping to get into. I enjoy the whole spectrum from mild to intense so the ones that feel complex for me or hit the right notes will work.

Before this last batch, all I had from them was a sampler a while back. Dark Horse really stood out for me of the few, with pretty dominant grassy notes. I hear Hunter hits a lot of the same notes so I have the most hope for that one.

If your wanting juice with more of a tobacco kick you'll find some treats in the lot you ordered.

Hey Jerms, Huntsman is DH's BIG brother. I find DH kinda dweeby myself. HHV does benefit a lot from a long steep though - the Shadow I have is 3 months old. And yes I definitely agree with you about Urby. Way to go dude. Watch out for the Devil Dog!
:D

Head first! I think I will probably like this though. Some of the juice faves are good a little at a time but I always find myself coming back to the tobaccos. You'll probably laugh but I actually like Halo Bella and Freedom Juice as well as the dreaded D word...Dekang USA mix.LOL.

Nothing wrong with any of that. I'm still a fan of some synthetic tobaccos, but getting into NETs is a whole new ballgame. I haven't had any of the older Halo tobaccos like Bella and Freedom in a LONG time, but have always been a fan of that vendor. Tribecca is still one of my favorite RY4s, and their menthols and mints rock.

Lol, big brother huh, THAT get's me pumped. I'm also pretty hopeful about Legend, hoping to spot those cherry notes, and also Serenity. Jiggy didn't smell like a tobacco, but it sure smelled tasty.

Devil Dog is a light, mild, sweet... ok that's not a fair trick; heed with caution, that Dog bites!

Yeah I'm stoked. Manns a cool dude. Says he's going to throw in some more samplers as well. So back to hhv, I knew I had ordered more in my sampler and sure enough I found some Huntsman that's been brewing for a while. I'll try this out when I get an empty tank and report back!

He's a really good guy. Used to post a lot but some life's blessings changed his time priorities. He still reads at times (hi J!).

Look forward to hearing your impressions. Always like reading alternate takes on NET juices. They are a category of e-liquid that's interesting enough to deserve discussion.

Hey folks. First off I need to apologize for some of you that I promised E-liquid to: it's gonna be late  Spent the first 3 days of trip taking care of Mr Scarf and entire family who came down with a cold, then I caught it and went AWOL for 4 days, then we had to catch up on all the shopping and touristing we missed in a week, then we went to Bahstan for 4 days, then I turned 40 (gah) and whoops, time to go home, which is where I am now after 32 (!!) hours of travel. Spent the whole plane trip discreetly vaping Huntsman, Brasileiro, Sweet Georgia Peach, and TPR Creamy Mint. I will send out some stuff after I recover.

Brasileiro is definitely the hit of the HoL order. I am sorry I only got 10mls of this. It really is like the most delectable sugary coffee with a light tobacco.

So far in the MVJ sampling I love the Black Peach Tobacco, Rogue RY4, and Rum Raisin, and I can leave the Country Squire original.... has a rather "sludgy" taste (and I don't mean HHV Sludge either). I am far to travel-sick to remember which others I have tried but most were good to great. Sweet Georgia Peach from Ahlusion is delightful. Caribbean blend is still waiting to try, and I have 30 precious mls of Vurley :)

More soon as I do the Delta detox.

So... you know you have been hook on tobacco vapes when:

You smell your empty bottle of Perique while vaping espresso...

... when you spend well over $200 from your tax return on tobacco vapes and realize you hardly put a dent in your list of NETs to try. Abe, that GeJ order should arrive soon, they ship really quick.

And glad to see you post Scarf! Cool that you've been able to enjoy some good vapes while you've been busy. My Ahl order got shipped yesterday, should be enjoying Smokin' Cherries and and SGP soon. Vurley is sadly getting down to the last couple mils. Also Orange something and English Malt Toffee from Highbrow are on the way, the second one I have you to blame if I don't like it :p

Highbrow is open again... BTW... but I suspect that Bryan has a large backlog of orders to fulfill also, not to mention the steep time it needs...

[ the following should be read with a slight air of disappointment, a douse of sarcasm... and a bit of a snicker of awnrynous ]

I've been let down by USPS again... imagine that if you will...

I had really hoped that the order I placed Weds night from MyVapeJuice would get here in the typical 2 days and arrive today even though it showed an ETA of Monday... there is still a slim chance of it happening since I've had a couple of times that a shipment didn't show until 7-8am-ish... but I'm skeptical

This lot will have their My Hero, Rogue and Salvage in it... all original versions. Perhaps I just need to re-visit MOV's Southern Gentleman, Apache or W2V's Pure Smoke, Paris again, though I suspect a 1/2 week of steep time hasn't let them change much if any yet... perhaps my own tastes have ( doubtful since I'm an even older codger now, ah to be young at only 40 again, happy belated scarf-ace... :D )

Hmmm, I think I vaguely recall someone mentioning Brasiliero before... Don't feel bad, I only ordered 10ml with my order too. Grrr. Moons of Madness!

So Mann was right, this is a great thread! Saw Scarf-aces' post of MVJ and Rum Raisin jumped right off the page. Been mixing another vendors RR bakery blend with my tobacs so a proprietary blend of this is probably killer. Checked out the sight and it looks like they have some nice offerings that I would like to try. Prices look good too. I also like that they use some vg in their juice as I love those clouds! Anybody try their Caramel Apple or Spice blends? Hope you feel better Scarf, I had that bug about a week ago myself.

MVJ is a fantastic semi-newish vendor. Lot's of options on the juices, fast growing selection of NETs, really cool lady who runs it, when I first ordered I got an e-mail right away asking what I wanted to be sent for a free sample. Also trudging some new territory in DIY, being the first to offer NET for that purpose, and working on pg-free options and pre-steeped juices. Of course, none of that matters if the juice isn't to your liking. They've been fairly well-liked in this thread, with a few saying it's not for them.

Yes, yes, the Sage of Mesa told me to buy it and he was right. Yea, verily yea! ;)
