Ever try BlueMist? By all accounts, it's the same as Halo. I sampled a bunch of the former (and couldn't wait to get it over with), but never Halo. I'm scared!!!

Halo's Tribeca is an amazing synthetic RY4, only if you're into that sort of thing of course. Steer clear of their original tobacco line-up, they're unique but not in a good way to most tobacco fans. They do have their fan-base, and may be a hidden treasure, but you will have to pay to play.

I had a sample pack all made out full of Halo juice (literally) and then I asked a reviewer who I trusted about Halo. He replied with, "It's different". I cancelled my sample. "Different" means "bad" to me. I've paid a lot to play and I'm a bit tired of it to be honest. And it's the time it takes too. I don't like giving up too quickly. So sampling often comes at the expense of vaping tried and true flavors.

I think Fire-Cured is the best intro for Latakia.

p.s. Thanks for today's topic, rdsok! :)

I guess I'll wait and see what my verdict is on that direction next week or so ( they will all be a month old then )... I'm uncertain why I didn't already order Fire-Cured from GeJ when I was getting all of the other's that I've tried ( and liked )... Normally with it having Perique alone would have been enough to add it to the list. I suspect I just missed reading it close enough.

Perhaps I can spice up the topics yet again after trying out Blue Grass Burley and Vurley at some point later.... not sure about Devil Dog though... lol

Do you have a girlfriend? A wife? If you're familiar with fingernail polish remover, you'll be fine. Man, I love that juice!

Hopefully you mean you love Prime15, if you love HX3 I have to fire my tastebuds and I'm ....ed.

And no GF or wife at the moment... :)

Thinking about it, I'd rather vape acetone before HX3. :)

Acetone? You mean P15? Man, I love that juice! Prime 15 is short for Prim(er) 15. HX3 is not even on my long list to try.

Lol okay. Never try HX3, period. I might try P15 then haha.

Just know that I am serious while not being serious, seriously! It tastes and smells like something related to paint thinner, but I find the juice to be intriguing while fresh. The paint thinning aspect steeps away after several months and then it just becomes a 555, but new, aw man, new it is a trip!

Oh... BTW.... In all of the excitement ( sarcasm )....

I forgot to mention I got my order from HHV in finally today. I'd already tried and wrote a bit about Legend before... But this was the first time I've had Serendipity ....

( For M.M. ).... man this is the best tasting juice out there...

Sorry, couldn't help that one... felt a bit awnry and couldn't resist posting a undescriptive review. Of course, unsteeped any real review is a bit premature. I will say that this is the first e-liquid that has coffee notes in it that I actually do like, perhaps because it's also the first I've had with tobacco notes in it also. While there is a sweetness to it, I know others have mentioned cocoa or chocolate and I'm not tasting them yet, at least not this early in the game. Like most all of the other HHV eliquids, it is very smooth on the palette. Currently, the tobacco notes are taking a back seat to the coffee... hopefully that will reverse as it is steeped longer ( if it lasts that long of course ).

I'm still ( or finally since this is my first taste of Serendipity ) surprised that this comes from the same tobacco used to extract Legend only it is extracted longer. Who would have thought that a cherry/vanilla would turn into coffee ( and cocoa if it shows up for me later )?

It takes a while for the "chocolate" notes to peek out.

Not too surprising ... To me, both dark chocolate and coffee, if you ignore the chocolate's sweetness... have a similar "melody"... Coffee being a bit more bite and bitterness and chocolate being smoother and a little lighter in flavor

Bronze, you know all about my 2.5 year ADV Geoffs Blend right?! Well, about a year ago, Halo's Tribeca was the first juice that shook that foundation. As with most "other" tobacco juices, I didn't give Halo's tobaccos a try, but maybe someday in the future, I will. Dark Horse from HHV reminds me of Tribeca. They share the same high-notes, if that makes any sense.

FYI.. the juices that I did try from Halo, I would not draw comparisons to any of the juices I got from BMV. Put it down to my lack of experience, or just plain "simple tastes".

While stocking up on supplies from one of my standby vendors VapeKing .com .au, I picked up a new tobacco that is described on the page as "naturally extracted": Samba..

A naturally extracted tobacco blend combined with a decadent dessert finish. It's a delicious dance of Tobacco and Dessert flavouring that will satisfy both tobacco and dessert lovers.

This describes my ideal juice pretty much perfectly. Royal Blend and Tobacco Grande are two of my favorite artificial tobacco blends, and VK4 was, at one point, Bill's favorite RY4 . Brian at Vapeking is a terrific guy, very helpful and a wonderful E-liquid chef. I'll be getting this in a day or two and diluting it immediately (it comes in a no-nic "doubler" form as do all Australian eliquids, by law), giving it a baseline test and waiting for it to steep.

I certainly can't speak for Halo because I never tried them. Your thoughts carry far more weight than mine. I did try a half dozen BlueMist. Let's just say they tasted like plastic. I've heard Halo described in much the same manner. And here we are talking about non-NETs on a NET thread. :)
