Damn you, CW..

Extract from blog: "Masala Chai - Exact. This tasted exactly like a warm cup of chai tea. I got a bit of cream, nutmeg, chai spices. Simply spot on."

Do you have any idea what this means to the Indian in me?! You got it.. I HAVE to order some in, and it's all your fault! :p

I think after this batch, you may want to try Patriot, Fire Cured, Vita Bella and maybe Organic tobacco #1 from GeJ. QuickNic should also be on your list.

Now, I will see if this baby will finally got to sleep.

Not sure you saw my post a bit back MM....QnJ is working on another NET. Turkish based. Not released yet. Still in testing.

All over the place
My friend Glenda came over and dripped some Ahlusion NETs. She loved Honey Cured and Peachy Criminal. She had a moment that reminded me of a line from Bottleshock. She got quiet and said, "These Ahlusion juices...are all...SO good!"

Well, I managed to get 2 hours of sleep! Jalie only does 2 at a time and then after that, it's when she feels like it. How can I feel anything but JOY when I wake up to the sounds of that voice (no matter the volume). LOL

DAMNIT!!!! I just placed an order but I keep forgetting to get Peachy Criminal again. Woe is me, I guess I got to pay that $0.00 shipping all over again. Sorry, Dusty! Look, If I was on my way back to Toronto, I'd hook you up something fierce, bruh.

Consider it me returning the favor after reading the comments on your tasting spreadsheet :D

I'd love to hear your thoughts on it once you get it.

QuickNic wasn't on my list but, it is now.

I did a round of GeJ before joining the forums and kept crappy notes (if any notes at all) - Patriot and Fire Cured were in there. As I recall, I liked them both - they are steeping a bit now. i will, however, pick up some Vita Bella and Organic :)

I may hold off on ordering then to give that a go as well.

I wouldn't wait CW. He let me in on his last test NET and it took another three or four months by the time he released it. Might have been due to a health setback he was having but sometimes the testing process goes on awhile. QnJ has 7 NETs. I think they are highlighting them with a banner on their website now. The three I enjoy are Grandpa's Night Cap, Habana Daydream, and (the latest) Proudest Monkey. All are very pleasant vapes replicating pipe and cigar very well. They steep quickly too...a couple of weeks. Good luck and report back.

In my opinion, QNJ is right up there in terms of quality extracted tobacco. Honestly, their ouR whY qu4tro is a flat-out exciting and invigorating vape. Quite possibly my favorite NET from them and it is not even a straight ahead NET, but, oh, is it ever a big font tobacco! <---Haven't used phrase that in awhile. It's kinda old, but I felt like it. :thumb:

Excellent. I'll hit them up for a sampler or two :)

I have much trouble with Kuba Kuba, both QuickNic's and the VulcanVape's want2vape version. The name is so wonderful (I assume that it's "kooba-kooba" rather than "que-ba-que-ba")---it dances trippingly off the tongue in primally poetic splendor, like speaking in some ancient tribal language. I love that name. What a shame that the flavor of both juices is so disappointing. Not disgusting, but vaguely unpleasant and entirely unsatisfying. I've given up on both of them as lost causes.

I had only W2V's version and I have to say I cannot argue with your findings. It was enough to stop me from trying QnJ's version. From the returns, it sounds like the same juice.

I did go ahead and add it to the sampler... mostly as a space filler. Given you guys' previous experience with it, I am fairly certain that I'll have the same experience.

I picked up 2 samplers with: Clove cove, Fired in Georgia, Grandpa's Night Cap, Habana Daydream, Kuba Kuba, Original Tobacco, our why quatro, and enigma. I skipped Proudest Monkey because I'm generally not a fan of banana plus tobacco - it tastes too sweet and, in some cases, like candy banana (like a laffy taffy flavor instead of an actual fruit).

We'll see when they get here :)

I did also order Vita Bela and Organic from GeJ which have already shipped. I'll take better notes this time :)

aaannndddd... my HHV is on the truck for delivery so, those will get a first impressions tasting tonight. :D
I'm only getting 5 but, it should be a good start - Dragon's Fire, Dark Horse, Huntsman, Legend, and Pirate's Booty.

Proudest Monkey has only a hint of banana flavor. The jewel in PM is the fire cured tobacco. Very pleasant! If you like some of the other QnJ's, go ahead and pick up some PM another time. I tried four monkey juices and PM is the only one I liked (probably because it is more tobacco than banana). Let us know how you like your samples CW. And give that Vita Bella a good, long steep. No other juice changes more than VB.

Loading up some GNP right now. :)

with that review of Monkey, I may need to reconsider or add it to the order... you hit on what I don't like about the others - I wasn't too interested in vaping laffy taffy banana with a light hint of tobacco (if any at all) and caramel. This sounds different. I'll add it to the list :)

I think you will enjoy it CW. It does not scream banana one iota. It's there as a slight aftertaste but it is the flue cured tobacco that shines in PM. I would feel a whole lot safer recommending PM than I would Kuba Kuba. :)

I'll be very interested in what you think Dusty. I found it to be more of a Thai Chai than an Indian one to my palette.

Don't they make it the same way? Boil water or milk, throw in tea leaves and spices, simmer for as long as it takes..

Any idea what tea leaves are used in Thai Chai?!
