Nope. I'm quite aware that the heads can be cleaned as well as putting in a new coil or replacing the wick with ss.

The way you've worded that makes me wonder if you don't know that the replaceable heads on the Vapeonly and Kangers can be cleaned over and over before they loose any performance... something you can't do with a standard filler type carto. I've been using the same coils on my Kangers since around the first of March now and they are still going strong. You simply soak in some PGA or similar, and then dry burn them afterwords.

Ah... so much for reading between the lines... Your comment about the carto's being about the same price seemed to be a comparison and since carto's don't clean up well and are ( to me ) a throw away )... I connected the dot's wrong.

Wild Turkey... not too wild about it. Dry, yes. Grassy even. More subtle than Wrangler Light, but both are similar. Nothing exotic at this point. Definitely one to let steep.

I think it's more about a play on words since the extraction is from turkish tobacco's... It does steep up nicely though.

Holy crap Paris gunked up my coil super quick. Is it the gunkiest of W2V or is something else going on?

it is pretty gunky... gunk-a-rific some might say...

It was more gunk prone than the others for me as well. I ended up cleaning right after vaping it for a while and have been every hour or so to stop any kind of buildup.

Yeah it was surprisingly quick, within a half dozen vapes the flavor was effected. It's an old coil on my IGO-S that's been dry-burned a lot, wonder if it's more prone to gunk on an older coil. I'll re-coil tomorrow and try again, or use try a regular atty and make use of the atty refresher. So far I liked Paris quite a bit. Strong, intense flavor; a little nasty in a good way, like my last girlfriend.

Noticed the hit was a lot smoother since it's almost all VG, didn't have that higher than 12mg kick of London and Loisville.

My initial thoughts on MOV Apache fresh out of the mailbox- It has a very smokey, woodsy flavor. Kind of a light campfire taste, if that makes sense. It's the strongest liquid I have had so far and I really like it, I'm really interested to see how it tastes here in a few weeks.

Apache changes little with age. I know others have reported differently but this one doesn't change much. MOV batch mixes and heats prior to shipping anyway.

Glad you like it. It's a no BS vape for sure!

Haven't had Apache yet, but didn't think it would change much if it's similar to London and Devil Dog. The only MOV that's really changed with me is Full Virginia Flake, and not as much as I was hoping yet. Decided to take Southern Gentleman for a spin after Paris. Really working for me, sweeter than I remember at first with that signature smooth sweetness I get from MOV. The Latakia seems less noticable, but other notes are becoming evident.

I felt that the "medicinal" note he had mentioned changed to something else... I experienced it on Paris to a greater degree as well but the flavor of Paris also changed more than Apache did for me

I understand that. I'm just not getting anything but hay. So far, by the end of a milliliter I began to really taste the flavors with GeJ's juices, but I still get hay. It's not bad, mind you. It invokes days spent on a farm, with a piece of hay dangling from ones mouth. I could smoke it all day, no problem. I was just expecting something with a little oriental zing.

I'll be vaping it again after a while, and I'll try it out on a BCC.

Only 2 left from my GeJ haul: Patriot and Vita Bella.

I am liking the NETs. I just haven't found a "blown my mind" one yet.

FVF RY4 definitely grows bolder in tobacco impact with steeping.

Southern Gentleman just grows on you. The additional tobaccos in it tone down the Latakia making it more approachable for longer periods IMO. I didn't get real excited about SG until one day it just clicked (if that makes sense). Since then I vape at least a little daily and can all day. It's a very comfortable and satisfying vape for me.

Just got back from meeting up with Tez at The Vapor-Mart. Obviously it was fantastic meeting Tez IRL, hanging out, and chatting like good vaping nerds. He let me try his stash of Ahlusion Desperado, Smokin' Cherries, Maple Burley, Caribbean Blend, and Cocoa Blend, while leaving me some Sweet Georgia Peach and Smokin' Cherries to bring home. That was completely awesome. Desperado was very tasty and something I will order in the future. The aromatics were great, as I expected. Also as expected, I didn't enjoy Caribbean Blend as much as the others. Cocoa Blend surprised me and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

On the hardware side, I vaped a long stretch with Tez's GG. It's a gorgeous device. I also tried his Spheroid. After using it, it switched from "really, really want" to "must have!!!" It's beautiful, produces fantastic flavor, and has a very satisfying draw.

Big thanks to Tez and props to Vapor-Mart Brian for letting us hang out in the back while we used hardware and vaped e-liquids that he doesn't carry. Ha! Of course we made purchases as a thank you, but were surprised by a very generous discount.

Definately catch your vibe. Lot's of juices take a bit for it to grow on me or to acquire a taste for it, but once it works it clicks from then on, or until I get tired of it. I can see SoGen being something I go for often.

Ray, your are a celebrity! Why wouldn't you get a discount? Congrats on a cool meet up!

I met Roots820 last night (he has posted here). Another great guy and first serious vaper I've met where I live. Maybe we'll have a NT thread alumni vapers meet someday!

In a way it's kind of ironic that I just bought several RBA's and have a few more coming to me in coming weeks (IGO-L, Octopus) but what I found to give me the most flavour is the Vapeonly BCC. It took for me to put my Patriot juice in that tank to get the full flavour of the juice. I first noticed how strong and vibrant the flavours were because I used the tank firstly with a Copper Creek juice. I don't tend to rate Copper Creek as my favourite juice but I found myself really enjoying the flavour of this juice. That prompted me to put the Patriot in the tank because I just couldn't quite get the flavour in other devices.

This revelation in just how good the new types of BCC tanks perform has prompted me to order a Protank, a mini Vapeonly BCC (1.7 mls I think) and a Kanger Evod. This won't stop me from using my RBA's because I am a dripper by nature, but I think tanks are going to be a regular part of my vaping cycle now.

I have looked and waited for a decent tank for a few years now and they just hadn't quite performed well enough to add to the arsenal of vaping devices permanently. If it wasn't for the fact that they needed to be tilted (like the MAP tanks Clouds of Vapor used to sell), they often tasted like plastic or harsh metal or had a harsh throat hit due to air flow issues.

Case in point, I just cracked open a Kanger T3 today and the juice was unremarkable in flavour and needed regular tilting. This was the same Copper Creek juice I had poured from the BCC Vapeonly tank to the Kanger T3 and it went from a lovely, flavoursome full bodied tobacco to tasting like something thin, strawy and not something I would vape again. Same juice, different device, all the difference in the world in flavour, throat hit and vaping experience.

If you are going to vape the highest quality NET juices it pays to spend a little bit more and get better devices and keep abreast of the latest developments.

I have both the EVOD, Protank and Vape Only BCC's. I prefer the EVOD with the Protank a close second. I don't know why the EVOD gives me more flavor compared to the BCC but it does. The Protank is glass and cleans up nicely. I even used it with tobacco extractions that gum up everything else I used. I also use the slim Artemas carto tank for ADV's. Carto replacements cost about the same as the wick replacements for the Kangers. I have 7 different RBA's that I don't use anymore as the flavor is quite muted compared to the BCC's. For taste testing I still use HH357's, Cisco Spec LR510's and 306's. The first 357 I bought last November is still kicking. I'm using up several boxes of Kanger XL HC carts I bought. These HC's are great for those who still use carts. I don't think I'll be purchasing any carts in the future except for the tank replacements.

I've met Nick Fantastic in New York, and Anthony B in Sydney...capital fellows both. If my next trip home has a longer LA layover, maybe I can join the party next time :)
