I vaped on the A+ BGB for a couple of hours... then for the last hour and a half... I've been going back and forth between BGB and Desperado and really enjoying the whole burley thing on both... I can't wait until the Sahara has had time to steep now so I can have another variation that isn't as sweet as Desperado and not as strong as BGB...

Ah, I thought you meant the .50BMG cans. Are those 9mm? I have over 1k rounds of 9mm. I don't think a box would miss it's tray.

shat,

I don't know what gauges/calibers/designations of bullets/cartridges my trays are designed for, as I'm not a gun owner/user. My 50-count trays work perfectly for storing labeled cartos, though.

I used the same kind of setup as Bill and it works well.

These are slightly larger bore which is what I started with: Amazon.com: Plano 20 Round Rifle Ammo Case with Slip Cover, Medium: Sports & Outdoors

I spend more time with my rebuildables these days but this works really well. You should be just fine with a 9mm tray as well.

Somehow, it seems I have never tried any of my Ahlusion aromatics in a Genesis tank.

Fixing that situation right now with an AGI-full of 5 month old Maple Burley.

Crazy stuff. The Genesis highlights the sweet and woodsy notes of the Burley whilst downplaying the green/leafy aspects. That's one reason why I never chose the aros as all-day vapes, because that greenness would grate on me after a while. Now it's almost cigar-like.

Is that the work of the tank, or the age of the juice? Don't care. It's yum. :vapor:

"Your Name Vanilla" contest beta NET from www.quicknicjuice.com . Vaped on a 1.5 ohm micro coiled A6 rebuildable dripper on my KTS Storm mechanical and also tested at higher watts on my VAMO.

Sweetness (1 equals none, 5 equals sickenly): 3. Well done level of sweetness for a vanilla tobacco. The sweetness seems natural, like it's part of the vanilla and tobacco, with no artificial or distracting sweetness. The level gives it the feel of a well done Cavendish like HHV and MOV.

Tobacco Impact (1 being extremely mild and 5 being very aggressive and/or complex: 3.5. Neither too mild nor aggressive, a nice medium tobacco. The impact can be adjusted by the amount of heat applied, like some other flavored NETs I've had. On the mechanical, it started out with a slight kick that soon adjusted to a nice mild to medium impact. Later I vaped it on my VAMO and upped the watts, which brought the tobacco up further while pushing the vanilla back. I enjoyed it both ways. What gave it a 3.5 for me is the complexity of the tobacco, multiple tobacco notes are present and I haven't identified them all yet. I don't know what type of tobaccos are used, but my guess is either Virginias, Cavendish cut Virginia, or a blend containing air cured Virginia with other tobaccos, possibly flue or fire cured. I've picked out leaf and deeper wood and earth tones. The leafy bite on the exhale and aftertaste is in proportion to the amount of heat applied.

Vapability (1 being best for short sessions on occasion, 5 being an anytime, anywhere vape) 4.5. Highly vapable NET, further enhanced by having a great vanilla flavor, which I almost always enjoy vaping. Has a smooth, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Is mild enough to enjoy for long sessions, and complex enough that I want to. Can be enjoyed as a mindless vape, or for thinking over and picking out the tones.

Flavor Accuracy: No rating since it's not being sold a specific kind of vape yet. But as a general vanilla tobacco, it's pretty spot on. The vanilla is round and creamy and there's no question that I'm vaping tobacco. Don't know if it's a NET base with vanilla flavor added or an extracted vanilla Cavendish. Either way, it plays like the vanilla belongs with the tobacco like a Cavendish would. It has the complexity of a well done pipe vape, but could maybe, I mean maybe, pass as a high quality vanilla cigarette vape.

Overall: 4. This is a very well made NET that I really enjoy. This vanilla tobacco shows to me where Cravin went wrong with Organic Vanilla Pipe. That juice is enjoyable, but the mild tobacco lacks complexity. This one has stronger, and more important, complex tobacco notes. It seems to be well filtered and has shown to be slow to gunking my coil so far. Zero off, chemical, artificial, or unpleasant notes detected. Time might even raise the rating higher for me, but I don't see it going down. I really, really like vanilla tobaccos, and it puts a smile on my face when a vendor gets it right. I've been smiling a lot today.

Glad you like it, but this is why I don't like genesis atties. They reduce anything with multiple components to a simplified version of that juice. Sweet Cherry Something turned into a clarified cherry flavor and lost the Something. Devil Dog lost at least half of its funkiness. I think me and superheated juice aren't a good match, and gennies at low power don't work as they're intended either. So I'm resigned to keeping a drawer full of goods from Empire and Cisco and Vapage.

Are you doing a review of E3? I'm torn between Big Brother XBOX One and PS4. I'm really uncomfortable with the way XBOX One watches everything you do, even how many friends are watching a movie, to report to the MPAA.
I'd also like to hear about Gran Turismo 6 and Forza 5 (I think that's a launch title) as well as GTA V and any new Assassin's Creed.

Just on hardware alone (first-part exclusive games count for a lot), Sony curbed stomped Microsoft today. Most consumers will see that the PS4 is $399 and the Xbox One is $499. Enthusiast gamers will look at Sony being much, much friendlier about used games, trading games, gifting games, etc. But yes, I'll have a bunch of E3 articles and videos on the site. I actually might film a spot with someone that I met through the #girlswhovape Instagram. That's pretty funny.

Since Wlad is arguably one of the most in-the-know vaping wizards anywhere, I wonder if Gold Rising might be based not on RY4, but instead on the Ruyan 4 liquid from way back in 2005-2006. As we know, the RY in the original 2007 Janty RY4 was an intentional homage to Ruyan, although I'm pretty sure the flavor profiles of the two juices were significantly different. I never vaped any Ruyan 4, which is now long gone, so I'm just speculating, but that might explain why Gold Rising is described on the Ahlusion ordering page as their take on RY4, when it clearly does not resemble a typical RY4 flavor profile at all.

Whatever it is, I like Gold Rising a lot. If it's the younger, sassy sister to Honey Cured, I may have to order some of that.

Yeah, I would guess that Wlad based Gold Rising on Ruyan 4 rather than RY4. He's too knowledgeable about e-liquids and food flavorings to be so off what most people think of as an RY4. I think you'd really enjoy Honey Cured. I'm looking forward to your thoughts if you pick it up in the future.

You are quite right, but that very simplifying can be useful. Ever vaped a juice and thought, "gosh, this would be great if it weren't so XYZ"? Chuck it in a Genesis and maybe it won't be so XYZ anymore. It lets me look at flavors in a different way, like playing with the equalizers on a stereo to bring out the bass or the treble.

Of course, if you're not lucky the tank will wind up amplifying the UNpleasant aspects of the juice rather than the pleasant ones, and then you're really SOL.

I bought mine on eBay in a set of five. The back two of the three on my desk hold only RY4s.

This is how I keep my stash which was organised today and inspired by your bullet holders. We don't have bullet holders in Australia so I resorted to some cheap plastic trays from an office stationery place. I would prefer wooden partitioned boxes but these will have to do for now. It was only when I went right through my inventory of liquids and organised them in these drawers that I realized how many I actually had. Those two drawers contain all my liquids, including NETS. A third draw is half full with doublers and concentrates.

I couldn't just pic one. I've fired up the Photobucket early.

On another note: The AMP Tank is still working perfectly. I learned that it WILL NOT work with sealed post atties; the atomizer MUST have a hole in the bottom or you'll get no airflow.

Also, has anyone dipped in to their QnJ contest samples? I tasted mine the minute I got them. I tasted them again this morning. They are much more 'melded' flavor wise. But compared to QnJ's other NETs, they are not intense. Almost lackluster. Even Fire Cured. Anyone else notice this?

I've picked out some fun names. Can we only submit one name/juice? Because I have ~5 for each. I think we should be able to submit multiple names to the hat.

Gave it a go last night. 9mm works perfectly. Thanks for the tip, Bill! No pun intended.

Try turning up the heat. Not sure about the rest, but the vanilla tobacco had a "variable impact" quality to me that higher watts brought out more tobacco notes.

Thinking I'll take the cherry out for a ride today.

I did. I got some different notes, but no more 'in your face'.

Scarfy hit all the ones I would have listed.

Juicy - if you are looking for a particular flavor set, I keep tasting notes in my blog. hope its helpful.

And if you have any questions, let em rip... folks here will answer when they can :)

Thanks to all. Right now I am heavy on the W2V Louisville...which is INCREDIBLE. I am busting out a month long steeped W2V London for the first time TODAY when my LABUENAPIPA arrives in the mail! I also have been sampling the Goodejuice Perique and the Patriot. The Perique is pretty good and true to the flavor of Perique for an ejuice, but that was never my favorite analog tobacco as it is. Plus it tends to run a bit cold and doesn't perform well at 3.7v, maybe it would be better if I swapped the 2.0 ohm carto for a 1.5-1.7, but I am plum out...and I smoke almost exclusively fixed voltage epipes so it is out. The Patriot performs much better at that voltage, and it is not bad. Just not sure it is going to be a regular for me. Tastes a lot like the Perique, but is much more...ashy. Solid, both of them, and I like to have them on hand, but I am not sure they will make my rotation.

I will work my way through the list.

I am surprised Backwoods Brew didn't make that list. Their now discontinued RY4 is legendary...and I have heard great things about a few others for theirs, in particular the maple tobacco. Anyone have thoughts on Backwoods?

I'm not sure which of their's is extracted tobacco, if any. I tried them before getting into NETs and found a couple okay, like the 555E and honey flue something or other. Pretty sure those were synthetic tobaccos. Casablanca didn't work for me at all. Want to try their Virginia still.

My understanding is that they are NET's. The Casablanca is a very popular and respected juice, but out of stock for the forseeable future. I am going to give their maple tobacco a whirl.
