So, why is that? They don't take notes on what they do, or what? I don't think I'd be very happy finding something I loved, only to discover that they're not capable of following their own recipe the next time.

YCY, all vendors who make NETS are subject to the same thing. tobacco crops are subject to all sorts of factors...climate and weather changes to name one. Consistency is hard to achieve. And then I imagine many of the vendors are at the mercy of their suppliers when it comes to the cavendish flavors. HHV is heavy on the cavendish offerings.

I am looking for a NET in the middle flavor profile of what I've tried. It's been either on the dry side or the moist side. This is what I've tried so far:

Vaperite - Organic tobacco
Vaperite - Rou's Roasted Hazelnut
Vaperite - RY4
Vaperite - Peach tobacco

HHV - Legend
HHV - Dragon's Fire
HHV - Heavenly T

BWB - Honey Flu

I have Ahlusion's Vurley steeping.

From what I'm reading, Turkish sounds like what I'm looking for.

GoodeJuice's Patriot may fit into that category as well. It's worth a look if you have the opportunity.

"They juice is a beta NET that was provided in a contest, not sure when it will be available to order, but it will be. Sahara Blend from Ahlusion and Wild Turkey from GoodeJuice are a couple highly regarded Turkish NETs available now."

Wild Turkey Tobacco eJuice sounds perfect! Sahara Blend is a non-aromatic. I thought those were not NETs? (I've been clicking all over the Ahlusion website the last few weeks so I'm going to try it anyway).

If I remember correctly, both the aromatics and non aromatics are NETs. The river series aren't based on an Ahlusion extract though, the others are.

Ah. Wlad was kinda quick to point me towards the Aromatics when I shared "Smooth Criminal" wasn't my favorite, (though I have a big bottle steeping now cause every other smoker I let try it, loved it, so I wanted to keep it in stock for them, at least.). Wlad says that the non aromatics are for the casual vapor. (I was kinda scared to order the aromatics at first due to the stern warning. Now I'm like lol. I've smoked just about everything that could ever be smoked, so i'm okay with owning Aromatic Devil Dog now. Lol.).
Like I mentioned earlier, I am still steeping "Vurley" but so far the nose on this is a moist pipe tobacco. I am looking for that "Goldilocks" tobacco, no matter if it's NET or not. Lastly, after going back to the site, the aromatics and non- aromatics are NETs, I think it's only the "House Blends" that are tobacco flavorings. I THINK!

The non-aros are NETs, but Ahlusion says while they are based on natural tobacco extracts, the focus isn't on just the tobacco but the blend of flavors, and compared to the aros they are fairly neutral. Then again, compared to Ahl's aros, most NETs are fairly neutral.

From my understanding, all of Ahlusion's tobaccos are based on tobacco extracts since they are either aros or non-aros. Exception being Dulce Cubanito, which isn't listed in either category, but the description says it's based on their bottom leaf extracts. Whether or not any of the tobaccos also contain synthetic tobacco flavoring, I have no idea.

Actually.. I would like to see Ahlusion offer their own line of arti-baccos based on synthetic tobacco made in their lab.

Well, I'm through two of the four QnJ contest juices. Both (Fire-Cured and Turkish) have been excellent. Very vapeable and very reorderable. Extremely pleasant vape to be sure. It's amazing how Rich has been able to pack so much flavor into these juices while keeping them from being too dry. Cherry and vanilla coming up.

I second that. Heathers Heavenly Vape juices work well in all delivery methods.

MCP15, HHV works splendidly in any delivery device. Personally I find CE5s with mesh cores to work better than the CE4s with wicks. I ultimately had a bad experience with the T3s but other folks love them so don't go by me.

Welcome and prepare to have your wallet vacuumed. :)

So is Mr.Mann, trying to emulate the mercurial Dvap with long term mysterious absences and then a sudden burst with an infinitely short post and powerful shock tactic statement :)

Mr.Mann, getting 4 words out of you once a week is not going to satisfy our Mr.Mann fix.

Patriot is a shape-shifter.

Blackheavendust, you are worse/better than me in that you have also been around since 2010 and have such a thin participation in ECF over the 3 years. I had maybe 200 posts to my name when I started to fully participate in this particularly thread a few months ago.

Guys,

Someone called Todd Schmitt added me on Facebook. He has a fascinating range of tobacco flavours he is working on which he will sell through his business Midwest Quest Vapor. Whether they are NETs or not is something I can't decipher from his answer to my question. On his page he describes the new business like this:

"Our current tobacco line which is Midwest Quest, is a product line belonging to Stokes Vapor Emporium, and it's flavors will be growing soon from the five wonderful flavors we have to many more as we bring those new flavors out of development into production."

There is a web site here STOKES VAPOR EMPORIUM

I asked Todd if they are NETS and his response was this:

"most of our tobaccos are extracted from actual tobaccos, some bulgarian, some turkish, and some mainstream cigar extracts"

I am not sure if that makes them NETS. There are tobacco concentrates we can get in Australia that are from Bulgarian sources of tobacco but they are not NETS as far as I know.

Anyone know about this vendor?

So I've followed this thread for a long, long time, but I haven't really participated too much in the conversation too much in here. One of the first places I fell in love with their juice was HHV and so I find myself here all too often to get some ideas of what to order since I find many of you have the same palate as me. So with that being said (and also the info that I haven't order from Ahlusion for almost a year, and none of them were tobaccos), I present my most current order. Let me know what you think and what else I should try on the next time around:

Dulce Cubanito 30 ml
Berry Shangri-La Tea 30ml
Black Pomegranate Tea 30ml
Caramel Pear Black Tea 15ml
Sweet Georgia Peach 30ml
Vurley 30ml
Devil Dog! 15ml
JG Blend 30ml
Peachy Criminal 30ml
Smooth Criminal 30ml

I won't know 6spd...yet. I got in the cue for Ahlusion this morning and made my first order!!! The standards: DD and BGB, plus some Maple Burley and some Thai Tea. Based on my love affair with W2V Louisville and London I cannot wait to get my first Ahlusion batch in the vape mail.

There seem to be strong opinions on both sides regarding HHV. What can y'all tell me about the artist formerly known as Gandalf...HHV Legend? The more reviews I read the more it seems like HHV version of a type of Boba's, as in an addictive, slightly sweet, mystery tobacco that grows on you and you keep going back to..except an NET and substituting the BB mystery ingredient of cola with a hint of chocolate. Any thoughts on this Legend juice?

Legend is good but it is not my favorite from them as they have some other amazing tobacco flavors. Most notably Shadowfax, Dragon's Fire, and Heavenly Army. I've seen a lot of people loving Huntsman as well, but I have yet to try that one yet. I learned about Dragon's Fire from this thread since I probably wouldn't have tried it due to the fact that they don't really have much of a description on the site, but it is an amazing tobacco if you like the lighter/sweeter side of things...

Ask him what extraction method he uses. How he answers will give a clue on if he does his own extractions. I browsed the descriptions and highly doubt they're NETs. TA is probably used because of the Bulgarian comment. By "mainstream cigar extracts" I'm guessing he means concentrated synthetic cigar flavors from a place like FlavourArt.
