Maybe COV4 from Clouds of Vapor would be good for you? It's a big hit to alot of people. I personally haven't tried it but its 100% VG and real popular down south here. Some guys can't go without it. I guess I need to try it even though I'm not a huge tobacco person.

If Clouds of Vapor is selling 100%VG, then I bet it's Nature's Flavors, unless they are extracting their own, but I doubt that.

The Nature's Flavors Organic Watermelon is DEFINITELY NOT FOR ME!! Its got nuances of a candy & natural watermelon but its like the worst of both, at least to me anyway. I mixed it up at 15% & IMHO the flavor is not a good watermelon at all, its like a bubblegum candy watermelon with a bad natural watermelon mixed in, I am not a fan of this flavor at all. Its been steeping for about 2wks now & it still smells just like it tasted, TERRIBLE!! We'll see if it gets any better but I doubt it. So far the best DIY watermelon juice Ive come up with was 15% Lorann Watermelon + 7% FA Watermelon + 3% TFA Watermelon + 5% Sucralose + 2% EM, I like my flavors strong & my juice REALLY SWEET!! This recipe is a really flavorful, sweet watermelon that I can easily vape all day.

So is everyone using the extracts from HDV ? I ordered the flavours from ecig express but now I'm thinking I got wrong ones becAsue they aren't the extracts I believe they are the tea and coffee flavours .

I've been ordering NF from HDV and ECX for a long time and love most of the flavors in my DIY vapes. As a matter of fact, I've been reading the actual Nature's Flavors website for hours (there's soooooo much to read on that site.)

I've come to the conclusion, and after discussing an issue on another thread, that HDV and ECX sell 2 different things. In looking at the ingredients on the NF website these flavors that I (we?) have been buying don't contain the added sugars, Gum Acacia, and other things that would gunk our coils, so should be fine to vape in that regard. HOWEVER, I can't find details about diacetyls etc. When you click links that refer to "flavors without diacetyl," those always contain sugar, etc. We can assume that both ECX and HDV have flavors that have diacetyl (which may or may not be a concern) but that these won't have coil-gunking sugars and gums.

I've used the "contact us" link on the NF website and they do not respond to the question, (the way I worded it referred to the e-cig site's NF flavors.) I'm guessing NF wants nothing to do with knowing or not knowing who is using their products for whatever e-cig reason and will not respond to my e-cig related flavor question. I simply wanted to know why a flavor I received recently was white and grainy.

HDV sells the "Organic Flavor Extracts". When I asked HDV about particular ingredients they referred me to contact NF. Spent a while reading NF site. Believe ECX sells the "Coffee and Tea" flavors. Seems like these may be better but that does not mean they do not contain other things. Organic Flavor for Coffee Without Diacetyl | Flavors Without Diacetyl | Flavors

That link for the "without diacetyl" is different from the coffee flavors that I've been using so far such as Organic Flavor for Coffee | Organic Flavors | Flavors and the other one is Organic Flavor Extracts | Organic Flavors | Flavors

Edit: at least my coils are not dying, so I'm assuming there's no sugars or Gum Acacia in the ones I've been using

To add to a previous post I made, the white grainy liquid I received the other day called NF Custard from ECX most likely became that way from being exposed to cold temps. That was according to an email question I sent to NF website and they called me on the phone instead of emailing back. I'll probably order Custard again during the warmer weather to see what "color" it really is supposed to be.

You obviously know more than I. But from what I see, my link and your first link are the same products. As related to sugars your second link may be viable but sugar is not what (Me, myself, I) is worried about. This was in response to the "diacetyls".
IMHO. If it does not say that it does not contain "diacetyls " then it does.
IMHO. If it says that it does not contain "diacetyls" then it does not necessarily mean it does not contain "other things".
Not trying to debate just sharing my experience.

If I were to order Natures Flavors I would get the Organic Coffee Tea Flavors from ECX and not the others. But that is just me. :)

Not sure why you would think that I obviously know more than you. Perhaps I posted incorrectly. What I meant to indicate is that There are at least 2 types of flavors on the website that are alcohol based and have no sugars and gum (coil gunkers).

In a link that took me to the flavors that are "diacetyl-free," I saw ingredients such as sugars and Gum Acacia and wouldn't want to vape those because they tend to gunk things up.

I too was trying to share my experience. You could obviously know more than me and thanks for sharing that. There are many flavors do not say "diacetyl free" and yet they don't have diacetyl.

In response to knowing more, I defer to your post count and was trying to be respectful to someone with higher regard. :)
Have only used one of the NF flavors and my experience is mostly just looking into various flavor vendors/manufacturers.

If there are flavors that do not contain diacetyl and yet are not marked "diacetyl free" then that would make choices difficult for me.
I cant tell the difference flavor wise but understand some can.

Glad you cleared that up :D Seriously, post count doesn't mean what you might think it means. Some folks might have 3 million posts and never DIY'ed lol

But seriously, regarding diacetyl, it is a buttery flavor and found in lots of foods we eat. There's been some concern around the forums that we shouldn't be inhaling it. It is what gives most custards and buttery flavored vapes their great tastes in many cases.

It's hard sometimes trying to figure out which flavors we've been vaping that actually have diacetyl or related diketones. It's not always disclosed and is not a concern to many.

The initial OP of this thread was for posting recipes and many times other subjects came up such as it is here lately. We have derailed the thread, so to speak. My apologies to the OP.

I've been using the NF flavors that are sold at ECX and HDV for over a year and enjoy most of the flavors in my vapes. Both places indicate that they are alcohol based.. There are a very few flavors that were gross and I won't reorder. I've not had any problems making and mixing my own DIY from using NF. Most PG-based flavors gave me adverse reactions so I switched to alcohol based with no issues.

Alcohol dissipates. It's the carrier for the flavors. When I've bought some from one particular vendor-made organic 100%VG liquids, I've left the caps off for days and the alcohol or perfurmey smell was still there. Caps back on and let them set around for months before I could vape them, so not sure what's up with that. I've tried theirs several times and have now given up on them, so I DIY this type now. I do still, however, buy a couple vendor's 100%VG juices that seem to have tobacco nets in them because I don't want to make my own naturally extracted tobaccos.

There have been some batches of NF flavors that I make and vape the same day with no problems and they are delicious. However, Some flavors seem to need aging before they taste great. We're not supposed to have to leave caps off for more than 12-24 hours, otherwise, if let them off longer, from what I understand, it degrades the nicotine. Some folks don't use nicotine, so that's probably not an issue for them.

Any new recipes ? I have mine coming in Monday pretty pumped try them
Cake batter
Caramel cream
Butterscotch
Kona cream
Brown sugar
Toffee
Banana nut
Maple

All on the way

Those are yummy flavors as I have all but 2 you mentioned. I still don't have much in the way of actual recipes.
I'll start with a 5 ml bottle of nic base and put in a couple drops (from the handy dropper type bottles that the flavors always come in).

I've been playing with a mix of the Cake Batter, Maple, and Brown Sugar....just a few drops of each and it's tasty!

In another one I added Cheesecake which is also yum:)
Cheesecake goes well with the Strawberry Cream or Raspberry Cream too. I'll add a drop or 2 of Marshmallow and/or Cotton Candy as well.

I love the smell of the Kona Cream. Don't need much but add some marshmallow and white chocolate to it too.

So far there's only a couple flavors like Honey and Graham that seem to be flowery/perfumey? (Maybe they need steeping)
