Well - can't live in 2 houses at once :p

Lots left to do - the rear steps have been repaired (lox did a nice concrete repair on them) - the plaster walls in the breakfast room were fixed where they met the ceiling and painted - woodwork in breakfast room and kitchen done - and main bathroom has been recaulked and sealed and painted.

Next stop - the dining room which is the one room (plus the hallways) that hasn't had it's wallpaper removed. - including the ceilings peeps - but the wallpaper in the dining room is on nice and tight and the test showed the paint didn't lift it. It's oatmeal paper - nice texture but in finely sanding seams the texture disappears which means ......a light sanding for the whole room prior to paint. Lots of ladder time - crown molding.

One bedroom was redone when my mom came down - not alot to do in there except I still have to go through her things - haven't been able to bring myself to do that yet

The middle bedroom needs paint - but it's plaster is in good shape

Master bath was done already but we need to figure out a flooring problem

Master bedroom is another big project - plaster repair on the ceiling - so that will definitely take some time.

New entry side door for garage - double wide door was already replaced - waiting to be installed.

It just seems to go so slowly.....and he garage has too much "stuff" in it......:(

Ok - it looks daunting reading how much still needs to be done.....:glare:

You'll have it done in no time.....maybe.....that really does sound like a lot! When are you hoping to have it all done and on the market?

Yeah, that's a lot of work.. Wish I could help, as that sounds like a good time to me!

I always wanted to go on there and be the first bidder, and bid $1!
I would bid $1 every time, just to piss everyone off.....or just bid a penny over everyone!

And what was even worse, was the fools that would bid a dollar more.. I wish Bob would have walked up to them and gave them a Gilmore beat down!
