It will not expand. In fact...vg will shrink when frozen. Not sure about pg shrinking. Not sure about 36mg actually freezing and I don't think you could achieve that in a home freezer, but know 100mg will not freeze.
My advice would be to freeze 1 smaller bottle first. Fill it right up...maybe leave a smidge of room at the top, and freeze it for a couple of weeks. You want to eliminate as much air/oxygen in the bottle that you can as that is what degrades(oxidizes) the nic. If you have some spare argon laying around the house you could put a layer of that on top before capping it for added protection.

So I switched out the top caps on my aga because I wanted the tighter draw from the original, stock, air hole.....I'm pretty sure the air hole on the new one is about the same size as the one I made bigger....kinda bummed about that....oh well, it's working....for now!

Hmm, maybe the majority felt the draw was too tight.. I don't get it, though. You could always take a drill to it, but it's not like you can make the hole smaller.. Mine is supposed to be here today, so we can compare

Well, you will probably never hear me say that, lol.. Last night I ended up playing with my spare gennie and I had the tank switched out and coiled in a minute or so.. Paid extra attention to me rolling the wick, so I could maybe pinpoint what I do..but I think this weather is effecting my joints, as it took me probably 20 minutes to get that sucker tight enough. I did start off with 2 1/4 inches and there is no way that would fit in mine (not an AGA). Ended up at just above 2" and tighter than a 12 year old..fit nice and snug. I think the AGA's wick hole is thhe next size up from these, but I don't think it is physically possible to get 3" in there, like you said you have read. Heck, maybe I'm just not good at this either, but 3" sounds like a stretch. I could possibly see 65mm fitting in there..
