I have "liked" your post in the hope of saving you from shopping right now.

Please.... :(

LMAO djs, you have been a help across both of my posts and I appreciate you trying to save me, but I promise, I am nowhere near ready to start entering in my CC digits! I'm doing A TON of research and trying to get a lot of advice from y'all before pulling the trigger.

My biggest thing right now is finding something versatile, I have a lot of cartos for my V2 and Green Smoke that I don't want going to waste, I LOVE the way the cig a likes feel right now (trying VERY hard to quit analogs), I have an 1100 mAh ego (which I'm pretty sure now is a super cheap knock off!) and I just don't like the size. I'm willing to try a smaller (shorter) one. I've been looking at Halo since I started this journey (only 2 weeks ago). I honestly want a Halo G6 with the mini tank, but apparently no one thinks ANY cig a like is a good option... I'm trying

Can I be honest?

vaping forums (I'm on 4) are hot houses of opinion and varying experiences. Some people use small kit, some people use big kit.
Most people stand by the equipment they use. It's totally understandable.

Maybe you should go with the Halo Triton? For many people it doesn't vape that well and is not compatible with other products so readily, but that doesn't mean it's bad. If you bought a kit and finally managed to kick the smokes, it will pay for itself in a just a few weeks.

Are you happy to fill up? If so, a refillable system will always beat buying cartomisers on price.

oooh....just seen. PM. :)

Now, you cannot buy this, but there WILL be kits like this available.

For a cig-a-like, it works just fine. $8.30 for 5 refills. Cheap enough to throw away or refill.

I'm not saying this will work for anybody or be good enough to quit smoking, but here in the UK, people are paying $50 for a kit (other ones) and spending $8 a day on refills from the expensive companies with the glossy websites and dubious testimonials. It's just not necessary anymore.

I'm off the forum now for 24 hours. Good luck.

I'm happy refilling, I actually find it kinda relaxing, I've only got 3 flavors right now, but it's a start.

Anyone have any comments about the 'eroll'? Not sure if I even like it, but Idk. I though there was PV's out there that were pretty thin, but it's hard to tell!

What about my first option? The Esmart Kangertech Esmart Black electronic cigarette - It says it's compatible with 808D Cartos, which means it should work with my current Cartos (I think), still cute and small. Someone said something about the tanks being disposable though, can someone tell me if there's a good tank to go with it?

Well, I started with a Halo G6 and if you do go that route, it's a decent cig-a-like. But if you already have a V2, then I wouldn't bother.

The Triton is ok, but it does have a somewhat proprietary threading on their tanks and batteries, so you wouldn't be able to use other tanks on the batteries, or the Triton tanks with regular 510 threaded eGo batteries.

I'd go with a small eGo setup with 510 threading. You can always still use your cartos with your V2 and Greensmoke alongside with whichever eGo system you get. Just because you are "upgrading" doesn't mean you still can't use your older equipment as well, right? :)

The Mig-Cigs are gaining a lot of traction right now, but seriously, an eGo battery with an iClear 16 would produce a lot more vapor, last longer, and is actually smaller (shorter) once assembled. My first pick for you is still the Ego Mini Starter Set - 2 Complete E Cigs - Only $35.00!! Or, if you can spend a little more, get this:Vision Spinner VV battery - [No CN/UK airmail][2013 NEW] Vision Spinner Mini 400mAh eGo Variable Voltage Battery Get two iClear 16 tanks, a pack of replacement heads, and a charger. Altogether should cost you about $55 plus shipping.

Feel free to keep asking questions! :D

RUBY YOU ARE AWESOME, between you and DJS, I'm getting more useful info then all this time I've spent searching and researching! I'm trying to find a good kit with that Spinner, haven't found one yet though. I'm ok with a 650mAh now that I've seen picture comparisons of other sizes, I just want something much smaller then my 1100mAh!

Well, if you want to use your cartos that you still have, you could get this kit, but then you still won't be able to use these batteries with the more popular 510 threaded tanks if you choose to upgrade later. I really don't see this kit being any better than what you already have with the V2. Those tanks are disposable and don't give out a very nice flavor. They tend to burn up pretty easily.

Here is probably the BEST kit that you could get as a beginner, as it has your choice of two twist batteries, charger with wall adapter, and your choice of two different tanks. I recommend this kit (and so do many other members) to EVERYONE here on ECF who is looking to upgrade to an eGo style setup. My Vapor Store is a great retailer and I bought my MVP 2.0 from them back in September.

I like all the options! This is GREAT! Thank you for that. Also, thank you for clearing up the Esmart issue for me as well. I get what you're saying now. I know people think I'm crazy and maybe it's just because I'm new, but I like Cartos because I don't really have to do anything with them, nothing to keep up with. Idk anything about clearos or atos... it's all kinda confusing to me right now.

Which clearos do you recommend for this set?

Is that 650mAh spinner any smaller then my 1100mAh ego? I'm reading that it's not :( Is it at least thinner?

The 650 mAh eGo-C twist (that's available in this kit) is an eGo style battery and it is for sure smaller than the 1100 mAh that you have now. 650's are generally pretty small. I'd go for the iClear 16's, or the Evods (try one of each) or if you want to upgrade, you could try the Mini Protank as well. Cartos are fine, and have many fans here on the forum, but they do have limitations, and are disposable.

I meant twist, oops. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/319385-ego-twist-mini.html #6 post says the 650 twist isn't much smaller then a regular ego. That's why I was asking.
