Hi everyone~ I'm a noobie to this forum as well as to vaping. I recently swapped my analogues with disposable cheapo ecigs to determine whether it's a good alternative for me to quit smoking. Despite suffering from mild withdrawal symptoms (cough, insomnia, and tightness of the chest), I'm ready to make the commitment towards a analogue-free lifestyle. With my supply of disposables almost depleted and the new school year fast approaching, I'm looking for a vaping setup but on a tight budget (<$100). From reading reviews on ECF, it seems Ego Twist+ViviNova received some of the highest remarks by veteran vapers. Thus, without knowing if these are reputable sellers or not, here are a list of parts I'm thinking of getting for my first vapor setup. Please take a look and give me some feedbacks. Thank you and happy vaping~ :vapor:

I think that's a perfect set-up to start with. Heck, you could stay with that and be happy forever. I use the Twist/Nova set up and it works just great.

Did you know you have a vapor store in Columbus? You can get all that stuff right there. I've been up there to visit, they are great guys and will hook you right up and for cheaper than Gotvapes. Here's the link, give 'em a look.

Good recommendations from everyone. Listen, I am a frugal vaper. I believe that when I quit smoking that my intention was to stop spending anywhere near as much money on my addiction. As such, and through 7+months of research, I have come up with The Vaper's Handbook. Please peruse it at your leisure and learn how to save the maximum amount of money while still vaping as best as possible in the process. Learn things like how to rebuild a vivi nova, what resistance to use on what voltage, how to DIY your own juice and much, much more: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/shoganinja/2998-vapers-handbook.html

Altsmoke was the first place I looked for Ego Twist, but since their Ego charger were out of stock I thought I might save a few bucks of shipping if I combine my order with another vender. Too bad they're ~150 miles away from where I live, but I'll call them tomorrow to see if they'll have stock soon. Mroutlaw, thank you for the coupon code, I might just go ahead and purchase the Twist first and purchase the charger from vaporbeast (thanks klynn)~

You now have 5 posts here so once the server resets and lets you post elsewhere, go enter in my contest: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/pay-forward-pif/322554-back-school-contest.html

I never had much luck with these type of contests, but who knows, maybe I'll get lucky :p. I just submitted my entry, don't laugh if it sounds like something out of a fortune cookie. Thank you for the contest.

LOL, I've already read and bookmarked your handbook, it's what influenced me in the first place to explore Ego Twist+ViVi Nova as my first setup. It's very informative and contains a wealth of information, highly recommended to other novices like me. Thank you and keep up the good job

Thank you all for all your inputs. You guys have helped me considerably. Appreciate it very much! Happy vaping :vapor:

That's pretty cheap! Formidable! Thanks for posting this. What are the postage costs though? Last time I ordered from Altsmoke it was only a couple/few bucks for shipping; easily the best in the business...

Free shipping on everything, but it's made by LOTS Technology not Joyetech...very temping especially at this price. 2*1000mAh at Altsmoke would run ~$52 shipped after 10%off coupon whereas $40 for 2*900mAh :| Any thoughts?

I'm thinking 10% off battery power vs. ~20% off price = win

Not worth it. Please do not buy this. I know its tempting, but this is not cheaper. That battery only has a 30 day warranty. Very bad idea. All of these things come from china, where there is no quality control. You should never buy any pv, no matter what it is, without at least a 3 month warranty. When it comes to battery pv like an ego, there are too many incidences of DOA and short life span to risk only a 30 day warranty. That is not worth $10.

You can get two 1000mah ego twists by joyetech from altsmoke for $47. The shipping is about $3.

By the way, I would not get two 1000mah, I would get one 650 and one 1000. The 1000 is long.

Good advice, and even my 2 day old authentic ego-c twist is having a sticky button problem.

G ood advice ShogaNinja, my wife loves frugal. More people need to think like that, because they might need some money for whats coming. 54 days into pv and already mixing my own - not hard- and got my wire laying here. I think i know enough but, I'll check your link. thanks
