Need help deciding ??

I am relatively new to DIY.. I was looking for a good quality clear nicotine base.. I was almost about to pull the trigger from Wizard labs but then I seen that MFS has twice as much for half the price..
I am really lost here B/C I do t want to make the wrong decision with MFS and be stuck with a liter of 100 mg nicotine that is no good..
Another problem is that I live in a very hot place in Nevada and I don't want the nicotine to tan or spoil during shipping.. I hope that they seal the bottle off from air but I have no prior experience with the product..
Can someone please help me out here and Give me some sound advice and
tell me about MFS Nicotine quality ??
Also I see that MFS PG and VG is not kosher grade and cost more than wizard labs and so I'm in question about that too ??

If anyone can help me out I would sincerely appreciate it !!

I can't say about their Nic cuz I got mine from ECX but I did get my VG and PG from MFS because their PG is pharma grade ( I emailed to verify due to labeling confusion on other sites). Like you I live in a hot area, Tucson AZ. The VG and PG arrived packed very well in a bigger box than needed and surrounded in a cloud of packing peanuts. Both liquids were still very clear and safety sealed under the cap.

The Nic I did get got here somewhat yellowed already but again I got it from ecig express and it may be a vendor issue not a shipping issue. I have been considering getting the VapersTek Nic from Bullcity as I have heard that is some of the best aroundand have read numerous raves about it here.

MFS has good quality nicotine, totally acceptable. I would jump on that sale! Or should I say that I did, lol, I snatched up two liters for my fda endgame stash lol. The best that I've found though is vaperstek. It's pricey, especially when comparing to MFS's sale price. It's clear as water and it has absolutely no taste that I can detect. It's so flavorless that light fruits come out great... even at 18/24 mg. I'm using way less flavoring with this nic...

I have wizard labs 100 mg Nic and has turned brownish and honestly I notice nothing bad about the taste.
