HELLO ALL, i've gone and bought an LUKKOS puzzle box, should be here in the next few days. my problem is not having bottom fed atty!! after trying to find existing topics i could not find much? except a short narrative on drilling the center post out.

i have 4-705 killers, 1 steam machine, 3 atomics, 2 fatty V3's, 2 reactors, 2 immortalizers, 1 versa, 1 helios, 1 nimbus, 1 kayfun, 1 kayfun mini. i think the killers can be used as bottom feeders without the bottom portion, but other than that are any of my rba's capable of bottom feeding with a few tweaks? if not? what am i missing? not too mant to choose from out there, and LUKKOS does not really have specs for the puzzle box........... HELP lol

I don't have a Puzzle Box either. I use a Vmod bottom feeder with a modified IGO-L that I BF on it. Works very well for me. The difference between RBA's and RDA's is that RDA's are drippers and don't have a tank. This is what people use on BF'ers. If you put a tank on it, which you can, you have juice in the tank so don't need to use the PV's bottle and liquid feed system.

What the RDA needs as I think you know is a passage through the positive connection for juice to flow through to the coil. CES posted the link to Reo compatible RDA's. They will have the hole in them and it's a pretty complete list AFAIK.

There is a thread in the liquid feed APV forum about modding RDA's for BF'ing Vmods. Eddie modded a Squid which he shows at the top of that thread. I posted about my IGO mod further down. They are almost identical RDA's. You can see that we had to add a 510-510 connector and how we sealed the system with O-rings. I suspect you would have to figure this out as well for the Puzzle Box.

I think you can also use a simple dripping atty or a normal carto with it. I've only seen picturs of the Puzzle Box, but I suspect what they have on it is a dripping atty. I don't do this so I don't know the ins and outs of it, but AFAIK all atties and cartos have the hole in the bottom in them.

I would also get in touch with the maker and ask them. They should know everything about this topic :thumb:

Don't know about a puzzle box. But the bottom feeds I use are my surviving Protanks and Protank 1.5. I also have 2 Davide Glasomerizers on standard and a mini. For a RBA I have a Fogger II. I really like the Davides and The Fogger II. For Drippers I have listed in order of best to worst Trident, IGO-L and IGO-W. But they are drippers not bottom feed tanks. On the Fogger there is a bit of a learning curve. So far the best wick coil I have made was a 2mm ekowool, cotton yarn hybrid wick with 32 ga kanthal at a little under 2 ohms. I'm almost though my second filling and it's still working well with out a leak.
