Hello, I have been a smoker for many years now and my cigarette of choice is Marlboro lights in which I used to smoke a pack a day or more. 10 days ago I purchased a century 21 starter kit and have been using it instead, I'm enjoying it appose to smoking and feel much better then I previously have though I still have to smoke 3-5 real cigarettes a day but now they are starting to taste terrible. Buying century 21 pre-filled cartomizers can get expensive at 6$ a pack of 3 (I usually use about 1 a day but my girlfriend also uses this so It's costing 6$ per 1.5 days) so I decided I want to buy some liquid in order to refill at much cheaper cost. Also century 21 offers normal and menthol without a named flavor in my local stores but they do have flavored liquids (which is pretty expensive @ 12$ per 10ml) online. It seams like the normal flavor I purchase in the local store is a random flavor from their online liquid list and the flavor I got last isn't appealing to me. So the question is: Would refilling my pre-filled century 21 cartomizers work without problems if I change them out every few days? Second is I need to find some good juice to use that taste good and is a reasonable price. I'd like to buy 30-50ml or more depending on price at a time and I would prefer something tobacco-ey as sweet/fruity flavors isn't too appealing to me. I'd probably try 18ml nicotine but I have no clue what pg/vg ratios I should use either. From what I've seen ry4 seams like it would do the trick but I'm yet to find a decent price from a good distributor. I'm also not interested in buying from a non US distributor due to shipping prices and safety concerns. Any suggestions on flavors and distributors is welcome and appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone know the threading on his Century21 ecig? You can buy blank cartomizers much less expensive I'm not sure which cartomizers to point you to. Someone will chime in.

After you get 5 posts and a short wait private message (PM) me, Happy to send you some juice samples I don't vape much anymore. Trying a lot of varieties helps to find the ones satisfying for you.

You should be able to refill your cartomizers very easily. Just add drops into the carto till it looks slushy. You can get a 50ml bottle of Ry4 from Brent at Hoosier E Cig Supply for 11.oo. He ships out the same day and has great customer service. Also, if you use the coupon code "jennifer" you will get a 5% discount. Good luck.

Here's an idea:

Get two of these:
650mAh Joye eGo USB Battery(Passthrough) in 10 Colors(Clearance Sale) [Joye eGo] - $16.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail--
These batteries have an internal charger that allows you to plug in to any USB port, and because it's a passthrough, you can charge and vape at the same time.

Get two packs of these:
5pc Boge 510D Soft Cap Empty Cartomizer(7 colors) [Boge 510 D] - $4.50 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail--
These are good solid 510 cartos. The above battery has a 510 and an ego connection. They are fully compatible.

Check out the juice page. I don't know this vendor, so I can't vouch for how good their juice is, but their prices are lower than most of what I've seen.

Thanks for all the good info. I know this hardware won't last too long but I'll make my best of it for a little while, though which hardware would be recommended? I need something that looks like a cig similar to what I'm using now and I like the idea of using a clearomizer due to being able to see how much is in it seams like it isn't easy to fill appose to a cartomizer but how long do these last before replacement and is clearning required? Also I'm trying to keep cost at a minimum and would need 2 batterys and 2 chargers (usb or normal chargers would do) being both my girlfriend and I have been vaping. I plan to use it as a cigarette alternative and not so much to quit all together so they will see much use.

Really good tobacco flavor: Tampa and Texas from VaporStation.

Since you have automatic batteries, you need to be careful not to over fill and make sure the air tube is clear. If juice leaks into the battery it will short out the electronics.

I agree. Vapor Station has good tobacco juices. My sister was a Marlboro smoker and vapes Tampa.

My neighbor smoked Marlboro lights and likes BWB Backo.

I like the idea of a usb passthrough being I could charge/use easily around the house or in the car and with that I wouldn't need 4 batteries. With that said I'd like a usb passthrough(must have a battery) but I'd need an automatic switch and one that looks more like an analog (white with maybe even the glow tip) not sure if this exist. I know I'm picky but thanks for any advice!

I have a few I'll send too if you'd like travis88. When I first started I thought the tobacco flavors were what I'd want and I order several small bottles. Turns out I prefer the sweet flavors so I have some you can try.

Also, there's a huge thread in this section called "name your fav flavor" or something like that. Check it out for some more ideas. :)

When are you planning on vaping? You mention you don't intend to quit smoking, are you going to vape in social situations, or inside the house?
I doubt I'd vape it in smoking prohibited establishments though in a social environment outdoors or where smoking is not prohibited yes. I also use it inside my home which is a smoke free. I plan to use it as an every day alternative and hopefully quit smoking analogs all together.

OK. If you just vaped in bars once in a blue moon, I wouldn't spend a lot.

I never had any intention of quitting smoking either. That's not really why I started vaping. Sure, I wanted to quit, but put it in the back of my mind because I had tried before and couldn't. I started vaping because I was around someone that needed to quit smoking. Once I started vaping, I realized it was actually possible to quit. I didn't pressure myself at all. Slowly, I found I just liked it better.

I was surprised at how quickly I found I liked the ego. Cheap and you get a good vape. You can't beat the price for $30.

Finding the right juice is the hardest part-

Least place I would be concerned is a bar lol. I'm not too concerned about what people think sure I don't want people to go Wtf is that? from 30 foot away. Like I stated though both my girlfriend and I both vape now and use it as an every day alternative to smoking so we will both me using it often not once in a blue moon. Mostly because of personal preference though, I'd like something that doesn't look too far from an analog though, white with an led tip (I don't care which color the led is) but the main thing is if I use a non usb passthrough I'd have to get 4 batteries so my girlfriend and I would both have one to use and one charging. I do plan on quitting smoking for sure, just not vaping. Due to me just starting and not ordering anything yet my current flavor isn't great and the nicotine density is pretty low I still smoke a few a day. I'm pretty sure once make an order for what I want I'll quit smoking for good. Also like I stated my home is smoke free so it's just so much more convenient for me to vape. I'm really liking it I just need help in finding which hardware meets my needs.

On passthroughs, most passthroughs have to be plugged into a USB to be used, not battery. The eGo that I have is one of the few (actually I haven't seen any others) that has the battery in it, so you can unplug and go. It's about the size of a sharpie marker, and does not have an led on the end. Doesn't look like an analog at all. When you say you would need 4 batteries for your passthrough, do you mean for your PV?
