Need help with my vaporesso

So I have my vaporesso stuck. Before when it did this I fixed it by tinkering with the settings but I can't figure it out now. The numbers just move up when I press down on the button to expel my vape. Nothing comes out. So then I somehow got it stuck on the lightening bolt and I would like it off
