When i press the fire button it just blinks 4 times and does not work , but when i plug the charger in and then fire it up it works just fine . Any suggestions ? Thanks

Welcome and glad you joined. Assumed you tried all the obvious:
Switching atomizers and mods and testing each.
New batteries.
Could try to call/check with in country distributors or contacting smok.
A little late, but since I picked up a smok stick v8 this weekend, wanted to ask if you got your problem solved?
If not, as I understand the blinking when firing is telling you the battery is low and needs charged. Since yours is not working at all, perhaps the battery is drained low enough auto shut off keeps it from firing. Just guessing that it is firing when plugged in to the charger is working in pass through mode, ie you can vape while charging.
Plug it in for charging, the red led should light up and then will turn off when fully charged.
And please stop back and post how it is going, good or bad. That information is invaluable to others with that or similar problems. Thanks!
its telling you theres not enough juice in the battery to work ... plugging in allows you to bypass and vape while charging.
