Hi all,
I would like to make a switch from regular cigarettes to e-cig and I need some help to decide what kit to buy.
I’m a heavy smoker of 20+ years (Marlboro red – full flavor) and I’ve recently tried “smoking everywhere” e-cig. To be honest I’m not impressed….it doesn’t last long at all, and if you get 2 or 3 drags in a row it stops working, you got to let it cool down or something……also the smoke or vapor is not full like it would be on a real cigarette so you don’t get a hit like you would from a real thing……plus it also leaks…..
So please, if you guys would help me with a choice of an e-cigarette kit, with few things to consider….. price, full body vapor, flavor and reliability.
Thank you in advance.

All up in your grill..
I am very happy with my smoke51 duo model. Vaporwise it vastly outperforms the se and although it is the same price it comes with a lifetime warranty and is super easy to use. It doesn't leak and their carts are truly equivalent to 2 packs. At $3 a cart that's alot cheaper then marlboro's. There are other cheaper e-cigs on the market but I have yet to find one worth using. Still there are many on this forum who could reccomend a cheap one. so you might read up on the review portion of this forum if $150 is just more then you have.

If you're a heavy, full flavor smoker, the standard e-cig will probably fail every time for you. You'll be better off with one of the heavy duty mods. They don't look like a regular cigarette, but they'll be best to give you that heavy duty hit, and nic fix.

Check out the SD, GG, Janty Stick, Prodigy, Z-Moshi.

Good advice from Jim. These are considered the top of the line with long battery life (6-8 hours), great throat hit and vapor and although they cost more, you easily get your money back due to the fact that the batteries only cost $2 instead of $13-$20 and you will be replacing batteries frequently.

The Big Five in Manual Switch PV’s:

Screwdriver: ecigscrewdriver.com
The Black Screwdriver Kit / Totally Wicked eLiquid / Electronic Cigarette e-liquid shop
Prodigy: PureSmoker.com - Home of the USA Built PV !!!
GG: THE GG
JantyStick: Janty USA
LV/ZiMoshi: http://www.zimoshi.com/

Definitely get some juice, blank carts and refill the carts with the juice you like. Better flavor, more variety and cost less.

[Edit: oops, posted this before I saw that there'd been a reply containing all the links in question. Sorry 'bout that]

I haven't used those 'mods' -- I've only seen information about two of them. So FWIW: the Janty Stick can be seen at Janty USA (wish I'd known about that one a few weeks ago -- about to leave on a trip and it's too late to order one and have it before then). A search on YouTube for "Janty Stick" will turn up some videos about it. The Prodigy is another device for increasing battery life and "performance" (it replaces a conventional e-cig battery). I can't recall at the moment which web site contains the official info about it.

A Google search turned up a post here discussing the various models. Maybe it will help:

I'm not sure what are the other ones referred to in the message (I didn't read the entire thread yet).
