Pin locks button to the threads so you can remove batt slack by cranking button tight.

I toss the pin.
Leave a tube gap at mid tube or at top of tube.
Turn Nemmy upside down.
Tighten switch till starts slipping.
Then tighten mid/upper tube gap to remove batt slack.

Thanks emus I'll give it a try

Are the black 18650 tubes going to ever be restocked for the nemesis?

Or is there any word on when the NEM-1 hybrid kit is going to be in stock again?

They had some on there site Sat night... Just checked and out of stock already. According to their FB they will have some later this week.

The pin toss helps because you can spin button a little while pressing thus avoiding the bind.

My nemesis switch was a bear. Not a fan of scratchy or binding switch.
I lost a good crop sanding and polishing the moving switch bits.
I greased switch.
Cut a strip of Aluminium foil and used as cylinder sleeve to remove excess wobble.
The aluminum foil cylinder sleeve holds up well without any visible scratches or scrunching.
Edge press binds w/ and w/o aluminium foil sleeve.
It is now very smooth; not scratchy at all.
It will still bind if don't press in middle.
I'm using the feather touch spring and shimmed for ultra short trigger throw.
Works great but must lock before sitting on desk to prevent auto fire; not ideal but I can cope.

Maybe I can eliminate bind if I sand meat off switch cylinder height.
The cylinder on bagua is roughly 1/8" and doesn't bind much.
The nemmy cylinder is roughly twice as thick and loves to bind.
the nemmy cylinder is roughly twice the diameter of bagua.

Do other Nemesis switches need to be pressed in center?
Do they bind if press on edge?

I added washer under feather spring and Chemie will sit on desk w/o auto firing.
Switch fires scratch free now.
I blasted upper 18650 sleeve for grip.

Voltage drop test isn't an exact science because load voltage fluctuates.
I try to pick average load voltage.

Coil: 0.6 ohm quad.

Batt: Samsung INR18650-20R

Omega clone voltage drop: 0.31 to 0.34 v.

Nemesis clone voltage drop: 0.23 to 0.26 v.

where did you get the omega clone?

FT Omega clone. Discontinued. Chromed brass omega style looks/feels cheap compared to chemesis. Durable and works good after easy tweaks. None of my RBAs flush fit. I'm using MV bottom spring which is good. Does have hot spring properties which came in handy once. Pretty much any spring will collapse when red hot hard short current passes through it.

It is my pocket carry beater mod and I still use it about every day.

I pulled the trigger on some 16350 batts to try my HCigar clone in its shortest form. However, the atomizer base/top part of the mod wont securely screw into the 350 tube. I can fiddle with it and get it to somewhat stay, but even then if I try to snug up the button at the bottom it will just pop the upper part back out. I managed to get the whole thing together with some trial and error but I am sure that if I wanted to I could just pop the atomizer base right off the top without unscrewing first.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or did I just get a bum clone?
