Top fully secured - Looks like the Tube might be able to be sanded shorter, similar to correcting the cap on first AGA-T's to allow further rotation.

Ahh I see. When you said 30* I thought it was like a full third of a right angle off. That would be pretty ugly looking haha.
I'm sorry you're not very happy with your Chemisis. Let us know if you end up fixing some of the problems.

Remember - This is from newly replenished stock from a vender that never reveals suppliers.

I don't understand your problem. The airflow control isn't in line with the logo. Is that the problem? Even on a real Nemesis it's not in line. Here's a picture from Atmomixani's shop

with the air control lining up, it also depends on what configuration you have it in. If it lines up in 18350 mode it probly won't in 500 or 650 mode because of the extra tube.
I think you would be surprised. Mine is almost in the identical same spot with each added extension and if I remove the upper polished ring. Seems the extension calculations are fairly accurate. Adjustable upper and lower pins may have come into play in the lengths.
I did notice 18650(panasonic) no kick leaves a lot of gap to fill.

Definitely a bit of getting used to. Keeping it in 18350 for now while waiting for n-r-n wire to set up a Hercules Ithaka I just received.
I have used it for most of the evening and am impressed with its output. Especially once I realized I actually had a 2.5ohm coil running on top. Delivers much better than any of my other Mech mods and most have been tweaked.
Will post on how getting the Kick to fit works out.
ETA - Are you referring to the thin polished ring? If so, why does everyone call that one the kick ring? It is only 1/2 the height of the kick.
I thought the shorter extension was for the kick with 18350.![]()

The shorter extension is for a 18500 battery, not the kick!
The kick is 15-17mm, so if it won't fit right, let's say in the 18650+kick configuration (main tube + both extension), then you need the little extension - the kick ring.
This is the only purpose for the kick ring!

I believe you misunderstand. Short ring 18500 would also give the same length as 18350 + Kick. This is a standard in setup in most tube mods. We were discussing the thin ring that sits under the top cap.
Perhaps this is added to allow pin adjustment while using the kick configuration. Many mods do not have Dual adjustable Pins.
ETA - Re-reading your post, I think you 1/2 understand. Yes, the little ring allows for extended fit, but yes the short extension will work for 18350/kick as well as 18500.

Yea, got it the first time. Misnamed but fitting. Basically the compensation ring for Topper/Battery variables.EDIT: BTW If you haven't noticed, I'm talking about the little polished ring that 'sits' under the top cap - the kick ring. You can take that off.
