I left that on in the middle of the tubes. I actually tried removing this, and then it was to short :) So I had the opposite problem.

What batteries are you using? The exact make and model.

Are you using a kick? a cloned kick? No kick?

Need details. As if you are not using any kick, you should not use the beauty ring unless you have an extended top screw....or a really odd battery. Are you by any chance using a non IMR protected battery?

Try screwing the pin in the switch all the way down and remove the beauty ring. The mod works best when that pin is screwed down, and you can tighten it so it doesn't unscrew when you use it. If you want to use the beauty ring because it looks nice (I prefer the look with it on myself) then you can buy a longer top pin.

So I picked up the Nemmi clone to learn how to build a mod. I got the Kayfun Lite clone RBA. I'm new to vaping in general and have only been doing it about a month and have learned a lot so far but looking for more info on what I'll need to get this running...

Can you guys hook me up with the the best places and types of the following to buy:

- Batteries
- Charger
- Ohm meter
- Anything else I'll need to start playing ;)

Anyone got some advice for me? Help.. please ;)

Whats up fellow friends. I apologize if this has already been answered. But I have a Nemmi clone from HCigar, love this thing, however the issue Im having lately is the bottom switch. Now when I unscrew the bottom pin to ensure it make contact with the battery, there is so little room for play as far as it almost falling off the threads and becoming unscrewed completely. So much so that after vaping on it for a while it will eventually unscrew completely from the switch, and thus SURPRISE! Springs and that little brass pin end up spilling all over the floor.

Is there a fix for this? maybe a longer pin I can purchase? (and yes, I have removed my kick ring)

Screw in your bottom pin tightly and snug it up with a set of needle nose pliers. If your whole switch if falling apart when you unscrew it, then your pin isn't tightened down. Don't use the beauty ring unless you're using a kick or a fuse. Hope that helps.

The pin has to be tightened down and is the little pin still in the switch if it is that loose it will fall out and that's a big problem. If you don't have a kick take the 18500 tube off (the shortest tube) with the kick ring that's how to run 18650. Nemesis Mechanical Mod - An In-Depth Review - YouTube This guy shows you how to use everything. The one thing the Nemesis has over many mods is that you can adjust it to fit anything. When I first got mine I would get it just right take it apart and somehow have a problem figuring what ring to add or subtract to get it to work. You get use to it.

Great video. Yes, it's long, but anyone having issues should would be able to get it all figured out watching it. He didn't get to showing the magnets like he mentioned early in the video, but I'm guessing once I get them it'll be simple to figure out how to install them.

Just wanted to post a quick semi-review of a Nemesis clone I picked up on eBay (not HCigar).

I think its a pretty nice mod, all the threads are very smooth, the finish is solid and consistent, very compact and adjusts easily to accommodate all my batteries and attys. The lock ring is nice and conductivity seems great through the silver plated contacts.

My only complaint is the switch... right after I took it out of the box I greased all the threads, disassembled the switch and expanded the spring to set down in the groove on the insulator piece. I tightened down the negative pin and put it all together to try it for the first time. The switch was kind of spongy and would bind up unless I pressed it perfectly. So I took it apart a few more times, tweaking the springs, applying grease, wiping off grease, trying different grease, and now its decent at best. It still needs a pretty direct press in order to avoid any weird binding feel. I also worked out the sponginess so at least now it is somewhat crisp.

I don't know if a different manufacturer makes the HCigar mods, but it seems like everyone is pretty happy with the switch in them. I would steer clear of the $40 eBay versions and spend the extra $10-20 for the better version if you want a Nemesis clone. The switch is what you notice every time you take a puff.

I could return the clone I bought and try the HCigar version, but the switch really isn't terrible. Its just not very good, but I think I can live with it. Perhaps it will smooth out over time.

Sometimes it will get better with time also magnets gets rid of the clicking you get. I use Tuf Cloth or Tuf-Glide on the mods now instead of any grease it does not gunk things up.
