Welcome! I do understand how difficult it can be. I am into day 7 now and while it has been fairly easy I will say that I have had a couple of days that were just "painful". The first day not so bad, second day craving something I was not getting, but got through it. The third was moderate but I was lacking sleep. The forth day was the worst, I felt like I had the worst flu. I am still not sure why it was so bad, but I had made it that far so just kept pushing. Day 5 and 6 got progressively better, day 6 I started to feel much better. So far day 7 is looking like it will alright. My suggestion is to try and work through it, but if it is not working have a smoke break, then a vape break. What you are doing is detoxing your body from the chemicals in the cigarettes, it is stressful and you may need to slow the process down some. But make sure you are taking care of your self in all of the other ways as well. Drink plenty of water, eat good, and attempt to get plenty of sleep. There is no fast track path to this, take your time and find what works for you. Congratulations on your accomplishment thus far, keep up the good efforts and you will be successful with your choice to switch to vaping.
