Anyone having any issues? I have been using nothing but the blanks for a long time now and my recent order has me a little worried. The new ones don't hold much juice and taste terrible in the beginning. They don't last near as long before needing to be topped off either. I have stopped using them due to the ridiculously short time that they last. I have reverted to rinsing my bucket of old used carts. Anyone else experiencing anything similar, or do you think I just got a few bad boxes and am safe to go ahead and order some more?

Did you refill using the Condom Method or did you pop the top?
I've bought a fair amount of blanks in the past from V4L and never had a problem - but on Friday I received a box of brown blanks and they were essentially unusable. The filling was not firmly wrapped around the heating coil - it was all "loose" around the coil. I put about 8 drops in (45 degree angle tilt, only dripping on the side of the carto, etc.) and after the 8 drops the juice was quickly dripping outside of the bottom of the carto.
I just tossed 'em - I figured I've gotten more than enough free cartos from V4L that I'm not going to bother them with it but if you have A LOT and they are having a problem I'd let them know.
There was another post here several days ago about someone who bought 50 blanks from Heaven's Gift and they were all defective so having a problem with a blank carto is a possibility.
Maybe there's a bad batch of a few thousand blank cartos going around?
We have new blank carts? Did I miss something? It is entirely possible
I apologize. I just realized that my post is a little misleading. I have been having issues with the carts ever since they started selling different colored carts and the black carts with the V4L logo on them. The carts that I was receiving before these were strictly black, but they worked very well and seemed to have a little different design considering when you would look at the filler you would see a small little piece of wick type material in the poly fill right next to the center fabric that contains the heating coil.
Ahh. I'm with ya. Thought maybe the premiums came out and I missed them. Thank you for the clarification. And no I haven't had any problems with mine, but I have only gotten 2 boxes of them.

I know I'm looking forward to blank premium cartos with soft (easily removed) rubber tip! Refilling my Smilin' Menthol Premium carts has been a DREAM.
The average empty weight is the same (using a four place balance, sampling 30 of each) and the resistance is the same. I'm not sure what you're seeing as all that different? What specifically is different that you suspect is causing your issues?
