Hi all, I haven't seen this addressed anywhere and I hope this isn't too silly of a question, but I have some nic in the freezer and more on the way, and I also have an order of about 35 bottles of various sizes I am waiting for as well.

My query is, do I need to clean or rinse these bottles out with distilled water and let them dry completely before I bottle my nic, or is that generally not a concern? I'd really hate to bottle up dust or some other impurity with my nic for years at a time, but maybe I'm overthinking it?

Anyone here who bottles nic, is this part of your procedure when bottling or is it all good?

I would recommend to you and anybody else to at least rinse out the bottles (no matter what they will be used for) with hot water. Make sure they're dry before filling them. I would use distilled or charcoal filtered water. The tap water where I am is hard, or heavy, or whatever the correct term is.. I rarely even fill my 3 dog bowls with tap water.

For me a quick rinse then let completely dry and you are good to go!
