New CASAA signature banner

In order to break up the CASAA banner monotony a bit, I added a new one to the web site :

Cool idea, here's one I made:

I would have added join "Free"

I had "for free" in there on several drafts of it but the font had to be smaller and harder to read. But I know our members do a great job telling folks its free, so I'm not worried! More versions to come...
