Just received my new Cthulhu Mod RTA a few days ago and just have to say after a few set backs I am loving this thing.
Build deck: Most people have seen the Goblin, and while this is similar, it is so much better in my opinion. The post holes are bigger, along with the juice channels. I love the staggered position of the post holes that makes building on it very easy. Wicking was a dream as you didn't have to do anything special just pull, snip, and tuck at the top of the channels. Grub screws are fairly small and the hex/allen key feels like it is going to break.
tank: Pyrex glass and stainless steel. Some of the machining on the threads are not quite as smooth as a few others I have but it still goes together easily. All seals are tight and have only had one issue with leaking but that was my fault. Tank seems a little short and this puppy drinks the juice quite quickly, but top fill makes that less of an issue. Bigger tank would mean longer chimney though which I would not want on this. Airflow is amazing on this too. Much looser than my Subtank Mini with RBA section.
Top Fill: Top fill is excellent but can only be used if wicked properly and I find it is best to go slowly so that you do not flood the build deck and overflow through the airflow. After a few builds and wicks I have found that top fill can be done without leaking.
Flavor: I was getting an odd almost burnt taste from the first build using the coils provided. After draining and wrapping my own and it still persisted I realized I didn't wash the tank even though there was no evidence of machine oil. After washing I am getting amazing flavor from a dual coil 28g build at .7ohms.
Clouds: I am surprised at the clouds this thing throws with the amount of flavor I am getting.
All together I would give it a 4/5. Beautiful tank with some minor machining issues. For $31 was a hell of a deal though and I would recommend it over a Goblin any day! Comparable to Lemo v2 but is dual coil instead of single so they are in different categories. Will post some pics of the tank or build if you like. Hearing they have excellent customer service too.
