i started with 16mg nicotene cartridge because i do smoke about 1 1/2 packs of cigarettes a day,i dont know if it matters but i smoke light cigarettes,and i dont have to puff hard on the ecig to get alot of vapor it seems to produce alot easily,i dont get sick to my stomache only this weird dizzy,spaced out feeling,i have looked all over the internet and havent found any side effects to the ecig but figured i couldnt be the only one feeling like this

Maybe try dropping to 12mg. I smoked the same number of cigs as you, but full-flavor Lucky's and rollies, sometimes filterless, and even for me, 18mg was plenty. And I'm actually comfortable at 14mg too.

Unless you're pulling on it constantly, and thus not getting enough air, this is almost certainly caused by getting too much nicotine.

Not every person will get every symptom of nicotine overdose. Your stomach doesn't have to be sick for you to be getting too much.

    I had similar issues and wasn't using too much nic. I figured it was the detox from chemicals in regular cigs. I was so spacey, I couldn't remember how to do my job and I have done it for so long, I can do it in my sleep normally. It does get better although a couple times recently, I couldn't remember my home address:)
