Also, I would like to make both lower res. and higher res for high voltage vaping. So 32 would be good for low res coils, and thinning wire with more wraps would be better for higher res.? Wow, this isn't nearly as straight forward as I'd have thought. I wouldn't have jumped in head first without first doing the research, but seeings as these are so hard to get a hold of, I took the plunge. Thanks for all your help though, I'll get this at some point.

still get hot spots right next to the brass nut..can't seem to fix that

wrapped both clock and counter clock,,,seem to have better results wrapping clock wise,,

This is probably for the smaller tank.

Genisis attys are not meant for HV vaping. If you do 3 wraps of 32 G Kanthal @ 3.7 you will be amazed at what a true genisis atty can do.

Prior to my getting genisis attys - I ALWAYS did 6V or 7.4 for a long time. I had no use for 3.7. I have in the past when first starting with genisis attys tried them at 6V w/34 and 32 G wire. It did not work out.

Just stick w/32G and you can even try 30G after you get it up and running.

So are both the 400x400 mesh and 325x325 mesh needed? Or do you basically use one or the other? Also, is 32 awg the preferred kanthal to get? Or will another size work?

Jim is going to include both kinds of mesh and also wire w/your DID - You will be able to try both before buying anymore

Ordered 6/4, no shipping notification yet went ahead and placed another order anyway. dspin recommended using a wide-mouth straight drip tip but I can't use the metal ones. I saw that Scott used a white one in his video,( delrin maybe?)any idea where I can find one like that? Thanks!

That looks like the Tru-Flow tip from Innovapor - It is avail in nickle coated alum and the plastic type. Click on the pick of the nickle and it will take you ordering one or the other. Dont know what color the plastic is. It is a shorty widemouth - and I mean shorty.

Plerskine - The first pic of GGTS has the Innovapor tru-flo drip tip on it - so you can see the size, the last pic has the straight up dt that I like best for all genisis attys.

Hi we have sent you the first who bought the DID until number 75 (after we have sent the new)
a thicker inner tube , smaller diametre and really strong enough to let the DID fall from second flour with only scraches!
That is real and you can mythbust it if you want ! hahahaha I do not worry!
and second the new possitive brush with two sides so you can constrict the nuts easy and more!
And no we do not charge those they will go to all customers that bought the DID until No 75
