Well I believe I have a great setup now. Using 500 mesh rolled tight with no center hole. Using Jack frost. I rolled the wick, then wrapped a 28ga 6 coil wrap (1.2 ohms). Vaped lovely, the extra coils really do make for more vapor. Wicks perfectly.

As an fyi I purchased some ceramic wick from omega xc-116, works great but I have an aversion to fibers getting into my lungs (silicosis is no fun). I am still trying to get the fiberglass bits out of my arms. I really don't feel like this is a seafe vaping option. I may order some silica sleeving xs-116 and give that a try.

Nextel also sheds. PoppaD tested and found them floating in the juice used in tanks. Just so you know.

I have no idea if my message went trough or not since i also got email before that saying "Your message was correctly send". I'm sorry you're having problems Jali, Jim's site is obviously having some server issues, this sort of thing is often beyond the control of the company in question, and can be a real killer for businesses.
I have never known a manufacturer more committed to customer service than Jim, and I'm sure he will be very upset with the current problems, please hang in there, this will be resolved.

so far, i received a reply in 24 hrs....if there's ready stock, i dont think you need to wait that long for them to shipped.

i received a short DID when i placed order for a standard, they sent out the replacement kit within a week.

just sharing my buying experience and dont quote me on that

Maybe you received my Mini DiD I ordered on 27th July and still not received. I sent a message through their contact form on the new site and not received a reply.

To say I'm frustrated would be an understatement. 2 months from order and still no sign. :-(

I think that it is safe to say you need to contact Jim with the order details, and explain that you still have not had it.... As far as I know, all orders from back then have been completed.

Jim has posted before that anyone that doesnt receive DID in around 3-4 weeks from date of ship should contact him. Package must be signed for. Seems like a long time to wait before letting him know.
