I have the standard DID. Both the clear windows and Pyrex are currently not available so hopefully they get a new batch in soon. I'm do have a clear window in right now, but I just wanna have spares just in case.

32awg 3/2 wrap measures in at around 1.3-1.4Ω, which is perfect for me on the P+. I haven't used 30awg, but I have used 28awg. I've tried 5/4 and 6/5 coils (around 1.0-1.2Ω if I remember correctly), and that's just way to harsh for me. Plus, I chain vape, and the top cap would get pretty hot after the third rip.

As for the SS pole, I guess there's no real way for me to find out without ordering it. If there is a significant difference, then I guess I can drop down to 30 or 28awg. Thanks for the help guys!!!

Pm me your address I send you a foot. I swear by it. I was using like you. But now I can 4/3 and it's better. Not harsh. IMO

Lol. Yea I'm on the road I had my Gemini screwed all the way on the top cap. But now my top adjustment screw got to tight. I can't adjust it so I had to switch the large nuts around on the switch . Not sure how I can loosen it. Afraid to break it. But it's on the battery side. No problem making contact. But now I am leaving a little gap on the top. Not sure why it happen.

Tony

Wonder if when tightening down the Gemini you compressed the Delrin housing a little. Are those the reverse threaded screws? TBH, I haven't taken mine apart since I put it together 1st day. I think I need to watch RW's tutorial again before I take it apart.

Maybe see if you can order 1 adjuster and a delrin block (if I'm picturing the problem right) and fix it once you have spare parts (I'd panic if I thought I'd have to deal with down time...)

Good Idea. Was thinking of getting a nut to put on the other side then try to unscrew it. It should work unless it snaps. That's why I scared.
Tony

I'm nervous for you man. That's why I'd have the spare parts on hand first (as long as she working well the way she is)

Awesome! What was it incase other shave the same issue?

It's not fixed. Just works because I switched them I put the stuck side on the battery side so the spring picks up the space and an using the side that still adjusts on the Gemini side. But I am keeping the Gemini a little higher so the screw is out a little more.

If he comes out with the Hy-DID bases for our beloved Poldiacs you may actually get Silver plated brass (can't wait to see RW's eyes water when that video comes out )

I think we need to send RW some napkins or even a bib before that happens! He will be drooling all over the place!

I have yet to take mine apart and part of me is dreading that because I do not want any Poldiac downtime in case I fail to put it back together again!
