Nothin against New Yorkers, but the New York P.O. SUCKS !!!!! My DID got in NY on the 14th. 6 days later still can't seem to make it to Jacksonville Fl. I get packages from Cali that get here in 3-4 days. That must be an extremely busy hub.

It's most likely customs. Typically that's the bottleneck when it hits NY.

I just wanted to take a minute and thank Jim for his hard work and an amazing product!!

I ordered a DID a few weeks ago, it showed up today MAN this thing is BEAUTIFUL!!!
I did however go through about 1.5 feet of Kanthal and tossed a wick because it was shorting near the top + post..
I was finally able to get it just right and WOW the vapor/flavor is awesome!! I have it on my Provari Mini V2 / Green LED's and it's awesome!!

Thanks again Jim for your great product and awesome customer service..
BTW I ordered 2 more + 2 short tank kits =) Now i'm waiting on the Mini's and the clear tanks!!!

LOL Striker, we may have to take a trip to Cali! I actually had hoped that the tracking number I received was the wrong one, but my order number is 379 and I think others are receiving theirs that have higher order numbers. I have 2 more orders coming, #546 (processing) and #640 (shipped)- weird, so I emailed Jim just to check on that for me, LOL. Jim emailed me with an apology and stated that he's really tired as the sheer amount of orders he received was unexpected. I will say his customer service is exemplary and even though I haven't gotten a chance to DO the DID I know i I won't be disappointed!

Ya some dude is loving his mail man. Jim will find out if the person is a customer or just a proud new owner of a great pipe bomb looking thingy.

I think every now and then you should take a week and catch up/slow down/take a break. Think I speak for everyone when I say it would not be a problem. You already go above and beyond what 99% of us call above and beyond. In the long run it will be best for everyone. Plus mine already shipped so who cares if everyone else has to wait an extra week

I got my third DiD delivered today.

Kick! I am so jealous. All the proof anyone needs that this is one bad ... Atty. It puts me in the clouds just knowing I am part of it. Next clouds I want to see are from the DID.

SOMEONE POST A YT VIDEO PLEASE???? HAVING WITHDRAWS OVER HERE. If it wasn't for that Zenesis misfiring so much I would have been set a long time ago. So depressed. Yet so happy.

EVERY order sent out MUST HAVE been a customer who ordered something. After he's had some sleep, I'm sure Jim'll be able to 'backtrack' and see where he went wrong. It's my guess the packages and tracking numbers have slipped out of sync by one or two.

On a side note, I just snagged a P+18500, need to snag a shorty DID for it now lol.

I snagged the P+18500 on the Super-T website... Love my P+18650 so much... Was actually trying for the 18350 but was sold out before I was able to check out, bummer...

Ouch. Since the 14th over here. I would guess your looking at Saturday or Monday. Just a guess though. I don't know what to think about all the Z's I seen pined, bought, and sold off. Scott has yet to review it up as far as I know. I sub to his channel but its been a while since he posted anything. Oh well. It was fun wanting something so bad then finally getting it. Did you have any issues with yours?
