Great collection. Looks like you have about the same number of toys.

Thanks Jim, really enjoying both of my DiD units, nice having each size too for different mods, Mini fits well on smaller mods, Both work Excellent Jim. :toast::thumbs:

I vape with 100% VG and I use 400 and 325. I know 325 works great, never tried 270.

So a question for you veteran users of R.A.'s ....... What # mesh do you all prefer and use for 60PG juice...sometimes 50/50 ?
Right now Im using 270 & 325 SS. Im getting very consistent flow, flavor, And wicking without tilting, tipping or any type of aid. Am I on the right track ?

I don't even use the nuts, I simply wrap around the pole.
i think i solved my e1 errors. it was casuse the nuts are too big and touch the coils. i need to babysit my coils and make sure they dont touch. i am going to see if i can buy smaller nuts.mike n

I'm trying to wrap my mind around the whole hole thing :)
Would a smaller hole not only tighten the draw for those that prefer a less airy one, but also increase the velocity of the airflow within the chamber? Try partially covering the hole with your finger as you draw and see if you experience any differences. Or, cover it with scotch tape and pierce a smaller hole with a needle to experiment a little. I think I prefer a smaller hole actually. Jim, save a 1mm top for me :D

Done as requested, I was thinking WOW at all the units some people have. Brain fart.

grabeard- you need to put your order numbers in the same list where the other numbers are as Jim described- comma then order number then comma etc. that way all numbers are together in one list for Jim.

Damn that's brilliant, and yes it is! There are special hot powdercoats that people apply to knives which use extremely durable ceramic that would definitely adhere to the knurling on the nuts.
I had an idea. As I am not a modder, I don't even know if this is possible, so if you modding folks could critique this, I'd be happy.
OK, here goes....
Is it possible to coat the knurled outside of the nuts on a DiD with ceramic, but leave the portion where the nuts touch each other uncoated?
If this was possible, I believe this would eliminate 98% of the shorts people are getting because the coils are touching the nuts. Or, if not ceramic, some other high temp resistant non-conductive material. I know it's not something a DIYer could do at home, but is it something that's possible for a person like Jim?

What about something as simple as a donut cut out of one of the silicon baking sheets? It would only need to be slid over the top nut after the coil is connected to hold it off. They're supposed to be good for over 500deg f and are food grade.
