:). The reason I don't like the bottom button is because with a genisis you have to keep it standing. The bottom needs to be locked all the time and it is not as stable as a flush bottom. Only need to lock a side button when in a pocket. And that's if it is a big ugly one. Sure jims will be small and flush. But it sounds like he is being innovative again. Sweet.

I agree Tony, i love the look of my Paps, and it's compact size, but the bottom button is a bugbear, it doesn't always fire consistently and when I screw the locking ring out to put it "safely" in my pocket, it unscrews itself as I walk and a the next minute my DID is cooking my leg, and the number of times I have put it down only to realize a few minutes later I forgot to lock the switch properly and its boiling away by itself, or worst burnt the coil through the oxidizing of the mesh, aaaahh. Did I mention I love the way it Looks? LOL.

I don't stand my DIDs up. They live laying down and they NEVER leak for me. I do keep the fill screw in though. Havent ever had wicking problems.

I guess that must be the reason, initially the mesh was looking greyish, instead of black. anyway, i fire up this beast and i don't seem to get the maximum performance out of it, i seen people with crazy clouds even on high PG juices.

Im vaping on 70PG, 3 coils on the 32ga wire. any tips?
I had wondered about the massive clouds I see in the reviews. I draw on the DID like I used to smoke, suck into the mouth then inhale. The clouds come from a lung inhale. Try it .....suck it in right down into your lungs without holding it in your mouth then puff out ....massive vapor. I do find the flavor lacks for me with this method so I will continue to puff mine. Was just glad to know my wick and coil functioned like the ones in the reviews.

I know you've done it before overall, but could you post your wick and coil setup specifics?
And remind us, are you a heavy chain vaper? choo choo :)

Not a chain vaper I go through about 5 mls a day.
I have a 110mm solid wick 500 mesh barely oxidized using Jack frost and 4/3 wraps with 30 awg Kanthal.
I do not burn quench or juice burns and I prewrap my coil on the mesh. Then I torch the coil on the mesh for a few seconds until the coil glows bright orange. This hardens up the coils and makes putting the wick and coil on the DID a breeze.

what are you talking about Studiovap? lol
Can you explain? Maybe we will make something new?
What is retractable button?
Even me ! I am EXCITED with POLDIAC
button!
Hi Jim sorry if I am being a little unclear. I was referring to this part:
"But I do not like them because they hook everywhere!
a button that we can easy put it up or down on the tube!"

I wasn't sure what you meant with not liking side buttons because they " hook everywhere"
And "a button we can easily put it up or down on the tube" had me a little confused too.
I have seen buttons that are a sliding ring that makes the electrical connection on the top of the tube, these "slide up and down on the tube"
I have seen push button switches that stick out and could "hook on things" and could fire in your pocket accidentally.
I haves seen locking push buttons like the Roller.

So I was still unsure what your next beautiful creation was going to be like as far as the switch.
A retractable switch was just a thought, a twisting top section to the mod where you turn the top and as you turn it it pulls the button into the button hole and gets hidden from view as the undrilled section of the top swings round to cover it.
Or even the button could stay visible as you turn the top section, but the rotation would move the button away from the electrical connection
point, effectively stopping it from firing the battery even if it were pressed in it's rotated position.
Does any of that make any sense ? LOL.

Whatever you make for us Jim I know it will be absolutely great.
I just can't wait :)

I'm the same way. I vape like I smoked with mouth draws.

I wonder how many people just tried the full lung inhale while reading your post. LOL I know I did and I already knew about it. :D
The full lung hit is a good one to do when you're showing someone your odd looking device that they asked you about.

btw... I still haven't got my mini working right yet. :( I have spent no less then 15 hours messing with it and making new coils and wicks. I'll have it working perfect then I fill it with juice and put the cap on and then it goes to hell on me. I guess I should have just got the full sized DID.
