And finally, Precise came in, so my sister's birthday present is complete.

Just a quick size comparison, if you need one.
I was looking for a small pocket/friendly/at work/all day out setups with 18350 and no leaks (500 mesh + 30 wire).
At home, of course 18650.
And to add to the previous discussion on bottom/locked & unlocked button, Precise and Caravela are both unlocked and not firing when left on the flat surface. Provari, of course :)

I'm soooo sorry to hear that, BadInfluence. :(

I'm waiting responses from the higher-ups who handle these kinds of situations. I don't know how they will handle it, or even if they can this time, but we are trying, bear with us. As soon as I know anything, I'll pass the info along, and I trust you will do the same.

This is just dreadful, absolutely dreadful.

Inserting a reminder to donate to the Red Cross when we can too.

Oh my, I am very saddened to hear of all of your losses. I have already donated to the Red Cross, have been for 16 years for disasters just like this. I truly hope that all of your lives can get back as close to normal as is possible very soon my Friends.

I too have some cartomizers, 510 and 801 connections but I have no 510 PV's other than my mods anymore as I have given them all to shipmates. If there is anything I can do to help please let me know, even if it is to purchase a kit and get it to you asap to an address you can receive mail at.

Sincerely;
Nate aka Darth Vapor

hey studio, i have a #500mesh on its way to me but it will take some time, i was wondering if there are any other tips to getting huge vapor production? i only have 32ga kanthal, 3 wraps seems to have very high resistance on my gg, aw 18650..

Hi Timmy, this is an exert from one of my earlier posts it should help get your resistance down for the GG and produce much more vapor and flavor:

"You can twist two lengths of 32g Kanthal by folding a 2meter length in half and inserting the bend in a drill chuck and the other loose ends into a vice or clamp, then short slow bursts on the drill will get you twists about 1mm or so apart. This twisted wire will allow you to make a coil with double the wraps and get the same resistance, or same number of wraps you are currently using with half the resistance (ohms).
Some say a twisted coil is less prone to shorts and more stable. :) "

As has been mentioned the video reviewers often "lung inhale" as opposed to mouth then lung inhale, this will create bigger clouds, as will upping the VG content of your juice.

On a mechanical mod with a twisted 32g kanthal coil you will find 1.2 Ohms is the sweet spot from fully charged 4.2v down to 3.5v. Try to install and wrap you coil on a drill bit first, remove the drill bit, test Ohms then gently twist in your snug fitting wick, you can then test your Ohms when you are happy with your coil glow, and any drop from you original Ohms on the empty coil will signify you still have a short or micro short, and you need to do more dry firing and nudging of the coils before you add juice.
Good luck, and let me know how you go :)

Oh where is everyone? CloudWizard, CyrusVap, everyone... the storm is over... how are you?????? Please report in.

Thx for the thoughts Uma. My family came through fine (better than fine considering how some were affected). We lost a few big trees at my brother's house, but no injuries or real property damage.

It was a really intense and humbling experience. Definitely reminds me that we are a small player in the realm of nature and the universe.

Thanks everyone.

All loss was material and we are now living with other family members. I saved my DID's and juice but there are some cartomizers at sea. I hope everyone else faired as well.
Heart goes out with prayers. So sad, but have confidence the comeback won't be easy, but it will happen and be stronger and better than before.
