Even though we don't see eye to eye politically, I'm glad you have the beliefs you do and respect you for standing by them. Personal beliefs asides, there really isn't anything wrong with wishing for a positive outcome for his 2nd term.

You know the saying, "never discuss politics or religion at a party...". At the end of the day, I have faith (or at least hope) that most folks wish for the best not just for the USA, but for the whole world community. Still, Obama would look very sophisticated and savvy toking on a Temon...

I highly doubt that - but then you already know my opinion on Obama and yes Im about as conservative as one can get

I wasn't going t say anything but. We are going the way of other social countries. Feel bad for china. They are never getting their money back. We spent it on beer and (OTHER STUFF). :).

Ok I am finally convinced that more mesh is only better to a point. having been running 180-170mmx37.5mm wick in my DID std wickhole (3.5mm) with a 7wrap 0.9 Ohm nichrome coil for a few days on my Paps I was feeling pretty stoked, but to be totally honest on a fresh battery it was a little on the burnt side and even around 3.80v I had to be careful to rest a moment between long double draws. So I had a sudden realization, and that was that if I had rolled my #500 mesh super tight, which I had, then how much juice could it really hold up top under the coil. sure it wicks fast, but It has no real reservoir of juice to supply to the coil. At least that was my thinking. so I pulled my 180mm wick out of the coil, dry burned the coil and took the scissors to my beautiful 180mm wick, I trimmed off around 50-60mm (leaving around 115mm) unwrapped, it and rerolled it a little less tightly to fit the 3.4mm coil size.
After dry burning and adjusting the coils WOW! what a difference, It wicks like crazy, seriously crazy. I've been running my 180mm fat wick in the DId with my adjustable tank breather screw about 3/4 the way out, and with this new looser rolled wick I have it almost all the way in otherwise it wicks too well, I have NO LEAKS AT ALL EVER, and I can take quadruple toke chain vapes without ANY dry or burnt tasting hits.
Now I know BJ is going to tell me again that only superman could roll wick too tight to be efficient, and as far as capillary action is concerned that is probably true, but I have tried vaping my DID at 6"o'clock position, and it just doesn't feel natural, but it does still give flawless performance, so I imagine we are seeing a happy balance of capillary & volcanic rise action here, and not gravitation flow, either way I am super happy with this new "semi solid" "semi tight rolled" super wick. Until I make the next personal breakthrough in my coil/mesh wick set up LOL :)
Congrats on your sweetest wick yet. Aren't they great!
Oh! and as far as the 6:00 position being unnatural, it all depends on how you're slouching at the time lol. I often sit kitty-cornish to the pc with my foot resting on another chair's rung with my elbow on my knee vaping at 6:00 with my left hand while my right is busy scrolling through the posts. So, even though unnatural most of the time, it's a totally natural position at other times and having a wick that can meet our demands is outstanding and the DID is outstanding for me.

(I'm a 1-3 second puffer, but I can fire the button til the cows come home and never hit a dry spot).

Hi to everyone!!
Some of you called me "Teaser"
but please tell me, can you come to my position for some minutes and I believe you will understand me!
Let say YOU yes YOU are me and you have made a big collection in your mind that you have categories of spares and you make deferent models, the battery holder you like ,the atomizer you like,or to make a hybrid by compine the 2 first categories!
YOU (as JIM dont forget your position! lol) have so many ideas BUT you have a website, a local shop, quality check, problems with the CNC machine or a bad production of a spare part, customer support, and many other things that makes it easy to see that you need more hours or 3 clones of you!
At least let me tell you some things about what I make for us and I say us because I am in to! lol
I love vaping I have many ideas but I hear you to! (but I will do what I think wright)
So my position is not easy because I want like a baby wants you to see his toy, but I can not because some people make copies you know!! lol
So I can not do otherwise than make the new toy, test it, and then sell before someone else do it !
Thank you all.

Oh I test POLDIAC and I see that YES we will have it start of December!
It works good and I like the button feeling!
I try very hard believe me not to post a photo!
I have to admire your savvy Jim, you are so right, you have to keep your new ideas under your hat till you have them in stock or the Chinese, god bless them, will take your ideas and .......ize them before we can say "chrome plated brass".
I for one like the anticipation of something truly great nearly as much as it's fruition, and playfully .....ing about all the WAITING & TEASING is all part of the fun. As has been mentioned there is a streak of impatience a mile wide in most ex smokers and this is me through and through. Just keep on doing what your doing, and please feel free to offer us 18350,18500,18650 & 18800 tubes with the Poldiac, sssshh :)

Hmmm, looks a little more complicated than a VCR....
(awesome photo, I really want to get my pilot's license)

It would be hard to start at this level. But over time you could be doing 600 mph at 37000ft while vaping the Did.

Captain Collins (auto pilot) flys the plane most of the time. :) we drink coffee and vape while enjoying the view. :)

Damn, that'll be the day for me. I'm more of a 4-10 second puffer (and with unusually low resistance coils mind you), so I don't know if I'll ever find a wick that I'll be able to vape without keeping my mod at around 45º, but I don't mind it really :)
I'm so used to the genesis tilt at this point that I even vape my Odys at 45º xD

WOW, Busy thread this morning :D I like seeing all this activity. On the coil pic I posted yesterday I DID pull out the wick and make some adjustments myself. I used a toothpick to wrap the wick around and be darned if it did not work perfectly to leave me a very nice channel in the middle of this wick that is not so big it sputters with every vape but not so small that I have to tilt the thing upside down to take a good healthy 3 to 7 second draw either. I think I have found my sweet spot for the wick diameter and center channel size now :D

Tony, I admire your job my Friend, it looks like a very very awesome view you get every day at work. I wonder sometimes if I have ever been on one of your flights going back and forth across the nation between here and other training stations I have to go to LOL

Jim, I will be as patient as can be on seeing Poldiac because I know I cannot afford one right now so it does me no good to sit there wishing I could. I am sure once you post it when it is finished we will ALL be very very impressed with it :D

RW I second that because I too now find myself doing the Genesis tilt on my Ody as well LOL It is funny how we are such creatures of habit :D

Hope everyone is having a great day my Friends;
Nate aka Darth Vapor

The longer of a draw I take, the less vapor I can blow out, unless I do the double inhale such as blowing it out the nostrils while inhaling another draw. I can do it that way all day, if I could handle all that vaping lol. But, in normal vape sessions, the first 1-3 seconds of vapor is the most prominent for me. Yes, I do hit the button before touching lips, but the amount of time of doing so depends upon the wrap and the mod volts.
I don't know why it is, but the longer I toke, the less vapor I manage to exhale. It seems to dissapate before my very tastebuds. Maybe my saliva is too wet or too dry, or something lol. Here.. wanna see? :D

Sorry to be late at my new product lotery as I used to do!
Go HERE at the lotery thread

Sorry I didn't say to the new people that you can put all order numbers of yours in this lotery!

How does it work with the new order numbers Jim?
Because now I have letters for the order reference and a 6 digit number for the Invoice number.
