I finally ordered my Gemini! I'm only a few gadgets behind now. It won't be long before the Poldiac graces my life too. It'll seem like eternity, but it won't be. Honest, self, it won't. Really. Honest.

I came home to find the box sitting on my bed (thank you mom)! I'm gna start cutting down the tubes, but I will definitely have some first impressions for everyone later tonight!
I've been so busy with work stuff I haven't had time to play. I looked at the tracking and yours is "out for delivery" so you should be able to try it out this weekend.

I believe that Jim is suggesting you heat the Roller part to expand that metal then cool the DID part with drops of water from a syringe to contract that metal.
Thought that as well threads in this day and age for female and male connectors in these devices perhaps are not needed but a good solid locking system is. No threads but a locking mechanism that would work for a variety of different sizes.
I have to admit that 2012 for me is the best year in my life!

I have a question re the Hy part of the HyDiD. I think, if I understand right, that we'll be able to lock/marry the DID with the Poldiac, to make a one piece HyDID if we want to. Will it be possible to unlock/divorce them once they're locked/married?
As you may remember, I'm not a big fan of the all-in-one combo's, called hybrids, because if one end of it needs service, it means we can't use the other end! My Zenesis taught me that lesson. What good is an atty if/when the button on the mod needs fixing, and also the opposite is, what good is a mod when we're having bad atty day experience. I like, appreciate, being able to toss any atty on any mod at any time and vape my little heart out. I appreciate, also, being able to always have my wick and airhole lined up perfectly with my button, and marrying/locking the two together for that result (as well as for non-gap great looks) is a sweet idea and one that I will probably more than likely attempt in time once I convince myself I have enough other mods and attys to play with if something should happen to either end of my new hydid. But, I probably won't attempt a lockdown if I can't ever unlock them.
Sorry this is long, I'm still in coffee drinking morning stage, trying to find my thoughts and want to get them out there before I forget again. (like I've been doing every day lol).

I hate siringes so I will use this for some weeks until I will design something GOOD and FOR LIFE!!
