Thank you! The final product is rendering now, so "in about an hour", I'll be able to start uploading it to youtube! The tutorial is a full 38 minutes long, which I'll admit is ridiculous, but I really tried to cover EVERYTHING I possibly could! I hope the obscene length doesn't scare anyone away from ordering one...
Nice vid bro u scared me into buying two. I hope they r worth it

Tomorrow is P-Day for me! :vapor: My only worry is that the UPS person actually rings my doorbell, instead of creeping through the bushes and quietly sticking that yellow piece of paper to my door, claiming that he actually rang my doorbell! :sneaky:

Neh, to stick that yellow piece of paper they still have to come to the door, so might as well ring!
You just camp behind the door and you will be settled for the new year :)

My D P day will be 03/01 I sure will be happy to get my hands on it after its round the world trip, UPS is the way to go if it wasn't for the holidays it would have been here in 3 days just like my last 2 deliveries. And yes he rings my doorbell too!:vapor:

Hey Pete, I'm in line for tomorrow as well (she's been in Philly since early Saturday) fingers crossed. I don't remember any other expected deliveries that have had my nerves up so much about missing.

I hear ya Burnie. I'm still amazed that Jim was able to pull off product release to delivery in less that 2 weeks total. I still can't figure out how he did it. I've tried to remain patient and live vicariously through everyone else's deliveries/photos but (said with the voice of my 11 year old) "I want mine nowwwwwwww!" ;)

In reality spanked has nothing to do with being spanked lol
I play music and the name came from a VH song Spanked. It's really about a blown speaker.
When a speaker blows (paper tears do to being pushed too hard) Sammy calls it spanked.
It means f'ed up, warn out or damaged.
I don't really want my wife to spank me but I'll give her one :)

Not quite, I wrapped the coil around the wick while I had a 14g syringe in the center channel before installing it all into the DID. I almost always wrap after installing my wick, but the 26g is just too thick to do that effectively. The resistance is in the ballpark of 0.5-0.6Ω, I haven't checked tbh, but it's pretty damn low ;)
Holy moly! a 3/4 with 26awg... What's the resistance, 0.5? Did you wrap the coil on a drill bit first?
