I think what he's saying is that when you put the button in the delrin housing he uses a seperate 3rd magnet on the opposite side of the button housing so that the the one on the outside and one on the inside are drawn toward each other making it easier to put in the switch with the magnet on it in without flipping the magnet in the delrin housing over. But I may be way off.

I think what Jim is saying is that you use the magnet that is attached to the button to align the magnet that just sits in the tube. You do this by running the magnet that is attached to the button on the back of the Poldiac just where the magnet is just sitting and it should attract the correct polarity of the magnet in the tube. Then when you go to put the button back in the tube the magnet sitting in the tube should have the opposing polarity because of this trick.
