Quick tip I discovered for the Poldiac. Forgive me if you already found this or have a better way.

Want a perfect fit for the top adjustment screw to your chosen device -- regarless if you go for flush fit or raised to align wick/breather hole?

With the top cap fully screwed on, raise the top adjustment screw to slightly higher than what you already have figured is right for your setup.

Then screw down your device. Once it hits the screw with a mild amount of torque (hopefully just shy of flush or where you wish it to sit), just unscrew it a bit (no torque), then screw it back on again to a mild amount of torque. This shouldn't require more than about 30 degrees of twist.

As you do this, the torque applied to the screw while unscrewing will gently lower the screw on each mini-twist. Eventually you'll lock your device in place with just the right amount of screw to device pressure/torque.

I found this to be faster than unscrewing the device or cap and readjusting the screw. It kept going from too high to too low more often than not.

Hope it helps someone out there. :D

If you vape on SS mesh , do yourself a favor and read this thread in the modding section and spread the word if you think its of concern please .

Thanks for the post. Quite informative. I think the tests being done are all for nothing though. Regardless of what the findings are all it has the potential to do is possibly scare people. It won't prove what we're actually inhaling. It's the equivalent of testing raw meat for bacteria to see if it's safe to consume.

If you ask me they're looking at the wrong end of the horse.

I'm happy enough with believing that what I'm putting in my body is safer than what I was putting in my body 2 yrs. ago.

Hey guys,

For those with brushed brass pants and shirts - how do you maintain them? I took some metal polish to it and can no longer tell between my brushed and polished tubes hahaha.

Also, do any of you who have extra pants have them a bit loose even when the tube is screwed down tight? One of my brass pants is around .5mm shorter than the other ones and even if I tighten down the tube, it'll spin on the Poldiac :-(. Am thinking of grinding down the tube where the threads are by around .5mm so the tube will lock down on the pant. Anybody done this?

TIA!

If the brass ring that holds the derlin barrel in the button body, is tight enough then you have to sent mail at info@mmvapors.com
and we will do our best for the solution of the problem!

Awesome, Strprswpr!!!

Hi all, I need some help with my standard did. How to I get the air hole to line up with the wick? The air hole is about 1/4 inch from being directly in front of the wick.
Oh no! They are usually perfectly lined up, that's a bummer you ended up with the one in a thou/mill.
If it's too far, you can remove the cap's edge by circling it onto a sandpaper. (wet the cap first). It takes very little to remove the SS, so check for fit with every circling. (set it flat down on the paper and move it to sand).
If it's not quite close enough, you can try adding an o-ring or two...
If neither one works, you can close the hole off and drill a new one. (Liquid nails?)
Good luck.

Thanks Uma, I will try to sand the cap down.
