Thanks Lisa! Yeah, I'm pretty up to speed on unprotected li-ion (as well as protected li-ion, LiFePO4 li-ion, li-polymer, lithium, alkaline, lead acid, NiMH, low discharge NiMH, and NiCad). But thanks for the warning. I haven't used an unprotected li-ion battery before due to the known risks, but it looks like I'm forced to since no one except VaprLife sells a protected AAA 10440 li-ion (not really sure that they're actually fully protected). Oh wellz, you gotta do whatcha gotta do. At least the mAh is almost double VaprLife's.

xaxa with my new atomizers there will be no 3,7 volts or 5 volts. You will notice that maybe 6 volts will be old fashion too. Now we use 7,2 volt esmoking

"Once charging is complete there is still a 20mA current into the cell. Lithium cells do not like to be trickle charged, so you should remove the cell as soon as the charge light goes green."

I'm curious, are there e-cig stores in your country? We don't meet many Dutch vapers here.

In the Netherlands we have very limited e-cig supplies, very basic stuff, nothing compared to the USA, China and the UK, and most important: Greece .
I would like to promote or start to promote it here, I guess I will do so by vaping, showing friends.

I heard you had trouble figuring out how to laser the hole. But knowing you, you'll figure it out somehow. Probably within like a few days, eh? hehe, just kidding. But seriously, you need to work on the 801 AFS eventually.

The trouble is not on laser hole but I will solve the problems soon, I dont worry for this, I worry about my small time!!!

of course Esmoking, all those you said are right. But its for Slim only, that means that on GGT will look bulky. So every device will have its AFS

My slim arrived this morning................

I knew exactly how small it was going to be and I already have an original slim but I was STILL surprised by just how small this thing is, specially if using with a cartomiser as opposed to a standard 901 atty. It is ridiculously tiny.

Now I have never been keen on an end-button device just cos I don't like using my fingers on the end like that. However, I have discovered that I prefer using this device in a completely different way that overcomes this issue and might help people with finger or dexterity issues (you listening Moog?).

So I hold it like a pencil, with the bottom button sort of resting in my palm. To activate, I use my fingers that are holding the body of the device like a pencil, to bring the device down toward the button resting in my palm. OK, so I have made it sound really complicated and I am not even sure if it makes sense????? Maybe I'll have to do photos or a video or something - unless someone else can fathom out what I am rambling on about here and demonstrate the action.

Anyway, I have been out and about a fair bit today and used it on and off all the time I was out and I really am impressed. The only concern, that I know has already been mentioned is that it's just SO small, it could get lost 8-o8-o I would be mortified if this happened because I already know I don't want to be without it.

I bought the silver one but I know I am going to have to have a gold one at some point in the future too.

So glad that your slim finally arrived!!!! I am getting ready right now to order (it will be the gold, as that is all that is left.) Just ordered a bunch of 10440 batteries from ebay as you suggested.

The GGT should be arriving this week. Hurrah!

As long as you understood what I was on about, that's ok. Haven't got over the shock of "releasing" my singing videos yet. Definitely not ready to do an e-cig video - but maybe at some point, who knows?

SO glad you got yours.... IT is tiny isn't it? I have found many different ways of activating this thing. The one I like the most is using my middle finger knuckle to push the button while holding the Slim with my forefinger and thumb. But it can also be used in so many different positions and even stealth vaped with it in your palm using the tip of your pinky to push the button. I also was not too keen on the bottom button after using the SD for a little while but this one is so easy to push and so comfortable.

Over all I give this little Pocket PV a 10 in form and function. Plus the convenience of the carto makes it a great on the go device.
