Hey guys! I'm new to this world of vape. Although I've bought e- cigs before they had never stuck. I bought a no name kit at a head shop around here. I liked it but It didn't keep me off of the analogs. Fast forward to now. I have been using some disposable blu cigs and surprisingly they have got me off the analogs. Now I've learned the blus aren't a great product so I'm wondering what would be a good choice for someone looking for a similar product? I've read on here enough to know that most of you are going to recommend a Kgo or Ego, but I'm looking for something simple to start with. I like the idea of having pre juiced cartomizers that I can screw on, suck down, and toss out. And a Pcc to have on me while out of the house.

Dont get me wrong I think the contraptions on here with the variable voltage and tanks and all that are really cool. I may end up with one of these. But for now I need to start on a kit that I understand and can use. I don't want to put this on the back burner. I've been off the analogs for a solid week, I feel AMAZING, and want to keep it rolling.

If it matters I used to smoke 10-15 marlboros a day, and I am relit evenly satisfied with how my blu disposables perform. Although its a gamble as I have got a couple of them that didn't last more than 50 puffs.

TIA guys. And please be easy on the noob!

If your going to stay with the pen types My best advice is find a supplier who has good customer service. With warranty on their product and fast delivery time.

Not sure i can say who i would recomend on here but the advice listed is going to be REAL Important when you have issues. And you will have some issues eventually

The eGo and kgo styles are not complicated at all, have great battery life, and are the standard for most mods, cartos, clearos, etc. They are wicked customizable, sturdy, and relatively inexpensive for how they perform. Do as you will, of course, but don't think the eGo is any more difficult to use than your Blu.

Good luck, and welcome to ECF.

I totally agree with Cuando. They are the most hassle free and seamless transition for a new vapor in my opinion. I know when I first started I was attracted to the idea of an ecig looking like an analog but I have since totally avoided that feature. It becomes a hassle constantly having to explain to people that it isn't really a cig. Yes people are still going to ask about it but out of curiosity instead of freaking out telling you you shouldn't be smoking.
Whatever you do keep it up and welcome to the forum. Good luck!

it must be the beginers mentality. i fully understand that ill have much more satisfaction in one of these PVs but for some reason Im having trouble picturing myself taking a hit on something that looks like its off of the "back to the future" delorean.

looking into the links that have been posted now.

thanks for the welcomes and all the responses, very happy i joined up here.

ok so looking at these:
Vision eGo Clearomizer Tank
to go on (should i get 2?):
Joyetech logo Joye eGo C Twist Variable Voltage 650mah
is the ego C twist good? ive heard some of the ego variants failed horribly.. just want to make sure this is the ego twist we are speaking of.

then all id need is some juices and a charger, correct?

i apologize to you guys if i sound like every other needy noob who doesnt want to read anything that isnt directly adresses toward them. i just want to get going before this whole thing hits the back burner and i jump back to analogs.

Toss another vote on the pile for the eGo style. My first go round with e-cigs was one of the mall kiosk kits, and just the fact it looked and felt like a cigarette, left me wanting a tobacco one when the charge was depleted or cartridge dry and made it far too easy to pick up another pack. Now that you have made the decision to make the step, do not rush yourself.

If you want something small and simple, the size of a cigarette, go with the Smokeless Image Volt. The 78mm battery lasts 3-4 hours of moderate use. The cartos last a long time, can be easily refilled several times and don't burn as easily. They have a customer service that is second to none and extremely fast shipping. The are also reasonably priced (much cheaper than the Blu) and there is a 15% off coupon.
I quit a 11/2 PAD habit the day I got my kit. Here's a video on the volt. It's more of a "tips and tricks" and " how to" video. It goes through the whole product line, and shows you what you need to be successful no matter what company you use.
