new here, few questions to get me going.

i smoked cigarettes for 5 year and i found out about e cigs a few months ago. i currently have a mvp 2 with an evod a dv bcc iclear 30 and a igo w.

i decided to take a div into diy juice to save a few pennies, but i have a problem.
i got the nicotine base from wizard labs, i ordered 18mg 500ml of vg base and 115ml of 3mg pg to water the vg down if needed.
i am using lorann flavors for this. i made 4 bottles just to see how it works. i am still waiting on my vg to arrive so i am only working with pg at the moment. so back to the problem, i did a 5% flavor to base ration. i can taste the flavor good but it has a very strong soapyy taste in all 4 flavors i made. i made lime, wintergreen,blueberry, and grape.

i usually vape max vg but i always have pg on hand incase its to thick for the application. i have never vaped max pg so could that be the soapy taste im getting because i am so use to max vg?

Try leaving the caps off the bottles of the juice you made for 24 hours. Many flavors use alcohol for the extraction process and that may be what you're tasting. By leaving the caps off for 24 hours, this allows the alcohol to evaporate and you may find the flavor improved.

Sweet thanks! Would the nicotine content also cause it ? I always vape 16-18mg but since my VG isn't here I'm vaping pg. This is my first time ever making juice so I ha e no idea what causes what. Is lorann or how its spelled a quality flavors? I know I've seen them at Leiber before are those the same?
