I don't know that there are juice taxes in AZ or not, I don't think so. It's not a lack of graftyness I'm pretty sure (AZ is kind of purple.... and also absolutely insane) but rather having so many other pressing things to partially accomplish, I think they haven't gotten around to it yet. It's in their beady little sights, I am quite sure. I mean... They passed the first vape ordinance in my county recently. vaping is legal at age 21 (fairly sure planned, so the kiddos have 3 years to get hooked on tobacco).
I'd rather be taxed to death than regulated to death. Let's face it neither is ideal, but I'd rather at least have ACCESS than PRICE. I think.
DIY, although I almost hate to say it, because enough DIY? Well, what will THEN need to be taxed and regulated.
So, once I stock up (LOL) investigate DIY.
