My subox was supposed to come today but it got sent to the west coast instead. Now it's on the way back but it will be a few days. I really want to try out the new rba.

This is a totally different animal with the new rba though, right? Maybe you'll have better luck with the juice holes vs. juice channels.

I am hoping. Really I just haven't used it yet out of laziness, its so easy to just keep rolling with the stock coil and the stock coil hasn't given me any reason to change so far. It will probably burn out before the new coils hit stores though so the RBA will get a lot of use soon.

I wicked mine lose and used the bend it down,cut on an angle method. Its probably lose and light by others' standards, but im new at this and it works great at 30 watts.

I just did that method, exactly like the video and it's still not wicking that well... Wtf.

You can even see a little gap at the bottom of the wick holes since the cotton isn't touching the deck fully and even instead of flooding I'm getting the opposite

Fixed the battery door wiggle, 4 very small drops of super glue on the rails on either side of the door, one at each corner. Let it dry fully before reinstalling. No more side to side or up and down.

Try again, but cut them longer, I tucked mine down just a hair and made sure the cotton covered the holes as well as just protrude just a fuzz from the holes.

Well, ladies and gents... I went ahead and took one for the team, as it were. There was a second screw at the other end of the batt compartment. (under the void warranty k sticker) Hope for my sake the electronics are robust in this li'l pup.

Besides all that, it comes apart really easily. Soon as I steal the buttons out of a white one, it will be totally murdered out. Housing looks like pot metal to me, btw.

Also liking the prospects of installing a spring loaded 510. Maybe I'll start a custom shop. Lol

My Theory is if you Can't fix it with Super Glue or Duct Tape or a Hammer, then it Really Isn't Broken.

I'm just glad they make duct tape with bold new graphics, I can wrap my device in zebra, leopard, pink, neon green, or classic gray.

I come from the Old School of e-Cigarettes.

And Back then, EVERYTING you bought it seemed had to be Tweaked, or Filed or Polished or Taped/Glued to make it work the Best.

My Subtank V1 and V2 Mini tanks both came with Burrs on the Tank Cage. So after I was done Filing the RBA section Sloys to make them Bigger, I knocked the Burrs off the Tank Cage.

I didn't even think about it. Or bother to Post it. Because I kinda Expect there to be Some Minor Tweak that needs to be Done to all this e-Cigarette Hardware.

I posted that for the old style of RBA. Works great. Of course with the new RBA, you need to use a different method. I've been using the method shown in this video and it's been flawless.

So to those who've messed around with the new vertical coils:

Do they spray your mouth with juice?
(Like the OCC's...)
Do they taste like hot rubber above 30 watts?
(Like the OCC's...)

I'm hoping for a huge improvement!

dont expect the new RBAs and OCC to be stocked for at least another week , or maybe even a month , the point is to get as many people to buy the subox first
