Looks like Sweet-Vapes got their memo. It's up to $79.99 there too now.

Heard on another thread that the newer batches are coming out with spring-loaded pins. Any truth to that, or wishful thinking? Honestly, fixed/floating pins don't bother me. It would just be like the old Spinner pins, that you'd have to wiggle/pry up with a needle every now and then.

I saw that rumor (probably the same post you did) but haven't heard anything else about it.

NO NO NO NO I REPEAT NO!!

I preordered on June 3rd and still has not shipped. No communication, well they do reply to emails but nothing they say makes any sense... Like a really bad google translate... Last email I got was yesterday the 17th that said mine is shipping June 10th...??? I'm about to cancel my order!

Growing on me...
Well, I wanted to wait for the spring pin too, but didn't. Mine arrived yesterday (after just two days!), and then I posted a sort of rant here along with a pic of the gap between the tank and the mod.
I did then screw the tank down all the way, depressing the "fixed" pin quite a lot to get the tank flush, and have been vaping on it ever since, having removed/reattached the tank several times for filling.

This mod did nicely today. I took it out and about around town with me on business all day with not a hiccup from the Subox. It's performing like a champ so far. It is my smallest vv mod to date, which felt a little awkward at first with big hands, but don't really mind it already after 24 hours of vaping on it.
It's light weight too, and fits nicely in pants pocket (my IPV Mini v2 is a lot heavier and bulkier than this Subox).

So this little mod is gonna get a lot of work and travel with me. I'm actually really digging it.
Sorry, Kanger, for the mean stuff I said yesterday as a result of my fixed pin paranoia. I think I spoke too abruptly in criticizing this cool little mod.

Thanks for the heads-up.
There are too many outstanding vape companies to allow that crap.
Cancel and move on. Sux.

Gf's just arrived. It's smaller than I thought it would be. Fits nicely in hand though. Works great but one thing I noticed on hers is the threading is a little rough. From the base to the tank threads. The threads on my stm are smooth as butter so idk why hers is like that. Anyone else experience? Do you think they will smooth out after usage? Should I send it back?

Do the threads catch when you screw it on or does it go on smooth? If it threads well I wouldn't worry about it, if it catches or feels like it doesn't thread right I would send it back.

I just got my white one today. I noticed the first thread or so when screwing the bottom of the tank on is a little grindy. Once it gets past the first thread it goes on like butter. I imagine it will smooth out once I have refilled it a few times.

I just started vaping last week and am really digging it. It has really helped my move away from the cigarettes since I started.

I take a few drags an hour off of device. I was just wondering if you guys usually turns your devices off when you're not using them or just leave them on all day?

I have been leaving my eGo One on most of the time when I am just sitting around but if I am going out and have it in my pocket I will turn it off.

That's what most people do. Leave it on unless you are in a situation where it may auto-fire such as in your pocket or luggage. It's not a bad habit to get used to turning it off when you aren't using it but it won't hurt anything or kill battery generally.
