Do the threads catch when you screw it on or does it go on smooth? If it threads well I wouldn't worry about it, if it catches or feels like it doesn't thread right I would send it back.
It does catch but once kind of force screwed past it goes on fine. Would say about third turn in it kind of catches and kind of grinds for a couple turns then goes on smooth the rest of the way. I put some ejuice on the threads so it would go on better. Gonna give it a couple weeks and see if it works itself out, otherwise I will send it back. The one I have is very smooth and screws on with no issue.

Just a heads-up. Don't leave your Subox laying on it's side with the RBA.
Mine had a puddle under it after it lay for a couple of hours.

Tonight I modded one of my original STM RBAs like the one The Don showed in his video.
It wicks great up to about 40W but won't take chain vaping over 35. hack cough hack hack.

Just because it can handle it doesn't mean I like it there.
I'm still happy with it under 30W and it's satisfying enough on a P3 at 20W.
Even at 20W I just noticed the level drop after 3 big hits. What a juice ......

The best feature of this new kanger deal. Is, the RBA section. I mean if you build it like a prebuilt coil. Pull the cotton out the wholes then cut from outside the rba to be flush this thing never has a dry hit. I use it at 50 watts sometimes and it still keeps up. Efest purple batteries have been the best so far for me. For how much a fan I am of this deal. I couldn't pass on a comment on this thread. Love it. Feels solid and has great flavor. Rebuilding is simple. They now sell this new rba deck with a full tank on FT LINK Only 10 bucks.

I am liking this setup over the eGo One but the 10 second cut off is kind of a bummer for how I am vaping =\

Vape harder ;)

I'm kidding, are you using the 1.5 coil and the smaller airflow? I rarely take more than 3-4 second drags but I use the .5 coil with wide open airflow and suck pretty hard. Play around with different ways of hitting it and you may find your sweet spot is in shorter heavier pulls. Hitting the cutoff seems like an issue most people don't run into with the subtank type setups.

hehe. I am using the 1.5 coil with smallest air flow setting. I have not tried the .5 yet. I am using 50/50 juice. I have it setup like this because it gives me the biggest throat hit which I like.

I forgot to add I am running 6 nic as well.

Would changing the coil to the .5 give me a bigger TH? Thanks.

Yeah the .5 would give it but might get a bit too warm on your throat with tight airflow. I tend to use a cooling agent in most of my juices to improve throat feel. It gives it a menthol type feel without the menthol flavor. It's flavorless so can be added to any juice, what I use is a flavoring called Koolada, you can google it to better understand what it does. I find a lot of people who recently quit smoking really like it to add some thickness to thhe throat feel

Local B&M doesn't carry any cooling agents. I was able to nab some off of ebay for a decent price tho. I see where sites say to add one drop for every mL. What would you suggest for a good starting point? Thanks.

Start with a couple drops and add more until you find your spot, use sparingly until you find what you like because you can always add more but can't take it out once it is in. I use around 2 ml per 30 ml of juice but that is a bit stronger than some like but seems about the same as many vendors use in their "iced" flavors. If you use too much it is a bit overwhelming and not very enjoyable. Depending on the juice flavor the amount you want may vary. For example an iced mango-guava is delicious with a lot of Koolada (up to 3 ml per 30 ml) but a vanilla custard gets weird with more than a few drops per 30 ml.

Ok! You guys are having way too much fun. Now I want one. I do need a backup and this sounds great.

I've noticed that the piece for the Subox mini has jumped from about $60. to about $80. at venders listed here in Forum Suppliers. E-vape and 101 vape still have them for just below $60. Can anyone recommend either of these two or should I bite the bullet and pay the extra $20. to one of the venders that advertise here?

Thanks all

That's what most people do. Leave it on unless you are in a situation where it may auto-fire such as in your pocket or luggage. It's not a bad habit to get used to turning it off when you aren't using it but it won't hurt anything or kill battery generally.
This! I've a habbit to always turn mine off when i'm not using my devices.
Mainly due im used to mechs so turning them of is kinda essential.

Rather take the time to turn it on/off rather than having it autofiring in the pocket. :)

They're both great vendors. I've ordered from both many times.
Evape ships within a day or two over the 10+ times I've ordered from them.
I check authenticity and both vendors always check out.

I pull the battery out of my mechs when not in use. Super paranoid about my mechs turning into pipe bombs.

Just contacted My Vape Deal once again asking what the deal is considering they told me last Thursday the order would ship within 7 days. And still no shipping confirmation along with the order still described as processing. Their responses to my inquiries barely make any sense in terms of the English language. Never again. Would gladly have paid an extra 30$ rather than the 50 I spent to get the best possible deal in order to avoid this aggravation. Ugh.

I've heard that you should stay away from this company.
I'm sorry for your "loss" :/
Also i'm with you, rather paying a few bucks extra for the service.
